    The flavour is quite strong but it has to cover up the caffeine which is slightly bitter. I mixed mine with water. I guess you could use it as a preworkout, or on a hot day when you really want that caffeine.

  sucralose and acesulfame potassium sweeteners, not saying they're good or bad. But always good to review the sweeteners. Tried one the other day, not that different from standard gatorade taste imo.

    the first time i bought one to try a few weeks ago, i misread the label for sodium at 172mg as the caffeine content and thought hell yeah!
    drinking 2 does get me a little buzzed (barely 100mg caffeine each) but would prefer 1 x monster ultra white on ice any day
