As someone who has watched this (loved the series) and has kids that went through this phase, maybe either Rengoku sword or the Tanjiro Kamado sword. Tanjiro is the main protagonist of the series and Rengoku is the high ranking Flame Hashira (who dies at one point in the series) but is a pretty major character…
I wouldn’t be giving a sword to a 10yo though, because, well, it’s a sword. Maybe get them some figurines… and best is to ask them about the series and they will soon happily tell you who their favourites are. For my kid, it was Mitsuri and the dude she used to carry on who looked like “Michael Jackson”.
