Cashback terms and exclusions

  • You must empty your TEMU cart prior to clicking/tapping from TopCashback.
  • Any orders that are made from outside Australia or that are perceived to be made from outside Australia (ie using a VPN) are ineligible for cashback. This is at the sole discretion of TEMU (not TopCashback).
  • Cashback is ineligible on the portion of orders paid with TEMU credit or vouchers.
  • New customer rates & offers are limited to one (1) cashback per member account. Customer status is determined solely by TEMU and its decision is final. TopCashback has no control over this process.
  • Accepting a TEMU best price adjustment after your order has tracked will affect your reported cashback, and in some cases will reduce it significantly or be declined. Please do so at your own discretion. TopCashback has no control over this process.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards for payment and/or purchase of gift cards.

      It depends if you're willing to follow up or not. Temu tracking is notoriously bad, but most (I assume) have successfully raised claims with TC and have gotten their cashback.

        Have you ever tried saying your name 3 times really fast?

      • Why are you assuming something like that. Didn't track for me, TopCashback says it's up to retailer now ,they may update sometimes in next 3 months. It's been a month and nothing.

        Did it not track for anyone, you made a claim, and Temu did give you your cashback, if yes how long did it take?

        • Because of the general popularity of these deals.

          2 comments down is someone who has had successful claims.

    • All my Temu purchases using TopCashback has been tracked (and approved) without issues

    • Most of mine have tracked fine. two have not, but following the topcash back customer service has worked fine.

      Made a missing cashback claim and still waiting….

    • I've been waiting for a few months. Other Temu orders have tracked, but the tiny ones, not the large purchases with the 40% or 50% cashback back in early March.

      I'm now two-thirds of the way through the retailer review period, with no updates yet. Inevitably, one of those 'wouldn't have bought it full price, but 50% off makes it a great price'…and then the returns period lapses before the cashback even registers :|

    My last two Temu orders via TopCashback didn't track.
    I raised the claims and still waiting, waiting, waiting …

      I've done one transaction with Temu via topcashback. Failed to track but the raised claim was paid out so I am not complaining.

      • How long did yours take to be approved?

        • Couple of months I think. I wasn't paying attention to it and noticed a couple of months later it was confirmed and payable. Sorry I can't be more specific

    • Same - it is so frustrating. None of my Temu cashbacks have been paid - purchased via app and also via webpage.

    • We have done a bunch of orders, and most of them have worked fine.
      Two did not track, but followed the customer service process on top cash back and eventually it went through.
      Agreed though, it does take a long time (maybe a few months).

    Honestly I never had any issue with the tracking process with TCB or CR in regard with Temu purchase. All puchases got tracked and confirmed.
    As long as we dont open Temu app and make a purchase only on the window which TCB opens, you wont have any issues.
    Even my Refer-a-friend purchase on Temu just got tracked in 1 day with 60% cashback.

    Just saying!

    I am regularly the most lucky person, as per Temu, to get offered one in a million customer discount. Does the cashback track to those discounted prices?

    Seems the go is to make sure you don't have the app installed

        Not unheard of, BWS and I think Domino's cashback doesn't work when you checkout in the app.

      • Some apps don't allow 3rd party referrals simply because of design. As long as TCB opens a new mobile browser tab it should be fine, but note of any existing ad blockers in your mobile browser of choice.

        Shopback literally hacks together their own AliExpress checkout workaround in the shopback app.

  • Thoughts please, do i buy my $100+ cart with TCB or wait until Shopback also does their 40% off?

      Shopback pays quicker, like in a few weeks and topcashback pays in a few months.
      I've had nearly a dozen successful cashbacks from temu with shopback, topcashback and cashrewards, with no problems all tracked and never having to lodge a claim.

          It tracked the next day at 2pm when i bought at around 7-8pm the night before

      • I could, but I think I'll just leave it. I had a special offer for $10 off a product that I'm not sure I'll get back, and still got 14% cashback, so I'm probably not too far off this deal.

  • I've never had a problem with TCB and Temu not tracking. I currently have 3 pending and 4 paid out in the last 12 months.

      Didn't track for me either. An order in April did track, the one before that did not. Very hit and miss with Temu

    • What phone did you use? I ordered same time and method, but used samsung browser and it hasn't tracked :(

  • Temu canceled one of the items, so it’ll be interesting to see if I still get the cashback

      • Scratch that, that's for aliexpress.. i thought temu was the same

  • Didn't track for me about to submit untracked ticket. Says each item individually needs to be submitted, got like 40 items in this order number so I need to submit each item separately?

    • I did only 7 items, all waiting for retail for the last week.
