      One of the most researched exercise supplements. Seems to be pretty good evidence for statistically significant increased muscle performance and cognition. The scares re hair loss and kidney damage seem to be unsubstatiated. can check Brad Stanfield and Physionic YT channels for pretty decent summaries of the research data.

    The instructions imply the flavoured one is a scam, which is diluted by 50% with flavour additive.

      How did you come to that conclusion? I can see that 5g is a bit excessive than the general recommendation.

        It said serving of 5g (or 10g for flavoured).

        Why would flavoured require double for the same dose of creatine? It's because the unflavoured is pure creatine as per the nutrition label. I couldn't find a nutrition label for the flavoured but if the equivalent of a 5g pure dose is 10g of the flavoured, it implies 50% is flavouring.

          The image when you select orange says it has 5g of creatine per serving and theres 100 servings in a 500g package. But honestly I wouldnt be surprised if theyre just using the same image twice with a picture of an orange out front.

          I find pure product's testing misleading as it typically wont say if its the flavoured or unflavoured variant. This applies also to their whey, etc

          100% do not get flavoured. The flavour comes from the powder. So its prob 50% creatine and 50% orange flavour.

          Its quite possible the flavoured one has a carb like maltodextrin as well as the flavouring to make up the extra 5g per serve. Some studies / people feel that having it with carbs helps with absorption.
