Better solution: brush teeth before bed, and somewhere in the day too (ideally after sugary or starchy meals).
Floss well every time, which includes scraping the sides of the teeth facing each other (e.g. where the brush can't reach the surface).
If you still have halitosis, consult a dentist.
Me and my kid like chewing gum but he had to get some dental work done last week and now he can't chew it anymore. So this is his replacement for the next year lol.
I tried some Xylitol gum which is to suppose help with cavities. Although been put off recently from gum after reading this study about microplatics in chewing gum š
