            @kickling: Not sure, I've previously only done a $5 and $2 CW one on separate occasions.

            Would need to be multiple transactions / visits.

    Hmm - I made a purchase last Friday with ShopBack Pay instore linked to my Westpac card.
    Supposed to get $2, but no tracking or anything.
    Sad.

      @kickling @hamza23 I messaged GYB yesterday morning about the disappearance of the two $2 vouchers for SB Pay (CWH & any store) with screenshots. GYB replied today that he will check with the team.
      (CWH offer is for a month. Any store offer is for 2 weeks.)

              @Moo Deng: @Hiphopopotamus @hamza23 On Friday, GYB messaged back that the two $2 promos (CWH & any store) were targeted which is why they have now disappeared. I had also PMed the two screenshots of the offers.

              It was a disappointing response. I'm surprised to be able to see the promos in the SB app if they were targeted.

              SB does my head in with their frequent errors and lack of awareness on their offers. Hence I haven't posted SB offers recently.

              Just wondering whether anyone has these two $2 SB Pay offers if they are "targeted" (instead of "unobtainable") in the post. Thanks.

              Edit: Yesterday I saw another $2 SB Pay promo to link a bank account as payment (Pay by Bank/PayID):

              The authorisation page has these terms as a default:

              • No end date
              • Automatic renewal
              • Frequency: Anytime - Payments are debited at intervals set by Shopback
              • Up to $1000 per transaction

              I only wanted to spend a one off min $2 purchase as per the SB Pay promo. I didn't authorise and left it.

                  @Hiphopopotamus: I reported this offer as unobtainable based on other members' comments in the post too. SB probably stuffed up and are now focusing on the Pay by Bank/PayID where there is a $2 offer.

                    @trixieb: same here.
                    I also got the $2 "Banked" offer, from 29/5 1:18pm -31/8
                    I think we need to add our PayID under "Manage payment method"
                    but "How to redeem" of the offer still shows "Link a Visa or Mastercard to your shopback account".

                    Lesson learnt here:
                    1. Shopback always stuff up, no longer reliable.
                    2. Claim the offer asap every time, don't rely on the expiry date.

                      @AsukaST: Thanks for the Banked info. I've tried to get the Banked $2 off at Chemist Warehouse a couple of times and couldn't work out why it didn't work (app said payment method invalid) . I've only had linked cards up till now. Set up a linked bank account, problem sorted hopefully, will test it shortly.

              @Moo Deng: Just to clarify for everyone asking—those $2 SB Pay offers (like the Chemist Warehouse & Any Store ones) were targeted promos. If you saw them in your app at the time, it means your account was likely targeted.

              However, as we mentioned to @trixieb earlier, some users may have seen them briefly due to a glitch, but once the targeting settings were corrected, the offers were only visible to the intended users.

              Appreciate everyone’s understanding—and always keep an eye on the app as new offers can pop up anytime! 🙌

                  @Moo Deng: Great question if you’re targeted, the ShopBack Pay offers usually show up either on the home screen, under Earn More, or in the ShopBack Pay section itself. They can pop up in any of those spots, so it’s worth checking all three just in case! 😊

                    @gotyourback: Both the SB Pay $2 offers (CWH & any store) are now listed as "Unobtainable" because members haven't been able to find the offers in the app. We saw the 2 offers prior to the start date. I wonder if anyone was "targeted".

                      @trixieb: Thanks for flagging this and you’re absolutely right, the $2 SB Pay promos for CWH and all stores did briefly show up before the start date. It turns out it was a visibility issue due to how the promos were set up on our app’s new layout.

                      These offers were meant for selected new users who joined through activations or received flyers/newsletters, and weren’t supposed to appear on the promo page for everyone. But because of a backend setup quirk, they accidentally showed up in the SB Pay section. Once we spotted it, the team fixed the visibility setting quickly, which is why they now appear as “Unobtainable.”
