Taste amazing, zero junk, low carbs and calories. This stuff is amazing if you're on a strict diet. No, I don't have shares in Musashi.

Agreed, the 'zero junk' in the OPs description is irresponsible.
Agreed Unless it is natural ingredients like water and sugar then there are always junk to some extent.
Some people like chemicals more than sugar.Real athletes wouldn't worry about carbs for energy, but i suppose if you're drinking these after a 20 min walk or sitting on the couch then go for it.
Eat more and do more!!
The balance of evidence does not indicate a high risk of erythritol. Read the discussion here for a true assessment of the evidence from this and similar trials: https://www.frontiersin.org/journals/nutrition/articles/10.3…
I don't get sugar free electrolyte powderds. If I was doing sport and need to replace electrolytes, I would want calories to go with it as energy to continue doing whatever it is I am doing.
They’re typically for people that are doing low carb, keto or zero carb.
I've been trying to lose weight over the past 12 mths, and live in Brissy so am exercising on the surface of the sun for half the year.
I want the electrolytes to help me recover from a workout or a run, but don't want a bunch of sugar or empty carbs adding calories to my diet.
That's my theory anyway (ignoring the fact that lots of advice say simple carbs after exercise also helps with recovery).
I get what you mean, and it’s nice to have a drink that tastes nice without sugar.
Be aware as other commenters have pointed out - recent research has shown erythritol is associated with heart troubles. Also, most people get enough electrolytes from their food. Almost no one “needs” to drink electrolytes.Just washed down electrolyte tablet/pill/capsule with water?
It's got what plants crave.
I've used both for running and tbh both are fine as long as you're away of the need to carry more food with low cal ones! I am enjoying my current one as it's not super sweet and I could drink it all day as required.
Carb phobia is real, haha.
I never paid more than 13.50 for this, hope it goes lower again.
Sugar and electrolyte free apparently. Those doses look awful.
Does watermelon taste amazing tho
does coconut water work just as well as this?
it does, certainly.
but it has more carbs + sugars.
It contains erythritol and sucralose. It may not be as dangerous as the article makes it out to be if only used in very small amounts but it’s still junk.
