    I think the all time low was $499 for a Inno3D GeForce RTX 4060 Ti Twin X2 8GB Video Card around the Nov 2023 at MWave.

    Would hope they would be less now since the next gen models are out. Only way they will be a bargin now is if they take at least $100 more off

    These still have more CUDA cores than the more expensive RTX 5060 so might be useful for a cheap CAD workstation, maybe?

      There are probably use cases, I've never needed this much for CAD/rendering personally. The problem is for gaming, this is a poor mans 1440p card; but is no longer ideal for 1440p or the poor man.

      The 5060ti with 16GB offers a lot more memory bandwidth (and memory) for $740 with ebay plus. Definitely not cheap, but for longevity on a CAD workstation it would definitely be worth it rather than spending $500 on a 8GB 4060ti.

    Really hard to find a reason to buy this graphics card.
    With 8GB of memory you are getting yourself into having lower settings in almost any recent game, in particular textures.
    If you are OK with 8GB why not a second hand RTX 3070 for example? Faster and cheaper.
    I don't think frame generation is worth it at all, even less for the budget cards.
