  • while the bonus data is for 7th July activation does anyone know for certain if the sims themselves expire?

accroding to an online chat rep

"It will be expired within 7 business days to 1 month if not activated." - Which seems kinda stupid and cant find mention of this in the CIS

    • Likely a late 2026 expiry, the last lot I got was October 2026.

      • Thanks, sounds promising!

    • The ones I purchased last month from Colesworth have an expiry of September 2026.

  • Is it possible to use this on a casual expiry 6 month plan

    • I haven't tried recently, but it was last time I tried in Feb.

    • If you're activating a new service, then yes you can. If you're referring to using the SIM kit to recharge an existing service, then no.

      • Need 15GB/year for the same price.

    Got one with points, thanks

    • thanks for the tips

  • Good for going out of boost for 28 days before going back in. Keep the full Telstra coverage

I bought half a dozen of these last month when Woolies had them for $15. I was pleasantly surprised when my everyday extra 10% discount worked on them too, so it worked out to be $13.50 for each. What I’m planning to do over the next 12 months is port in and out using these cards with either Aldi or discounted Everyday mobile starter kits 😊
PS speaking of everyday extra, Woolies also has these on sale for $13 and you can use the 10% everyday extra discount when purchasing them.

      • This is the way :)

  • Price match with Officeworks to get it for $12.35

    • You are a true OzBargainer šŸ„‡ šŸ†

Or buy at Woolies, use everyday extra discount and get them for $11.82 šŸ˜‰

  • Newbie question, can you port in your number?

    • FAQ is not really clear, but looks like we can do this

    • Yes, you can. I ported my number from Everyday Mobile to Telstra a few weeks ago. Service was active in minutes.

      • Awesome. Thanks. Just bought.
        While wait for better deal

  • Can you receive texts overseas and also do VoWIFI?
