I didn't get free delivery even though my total was over $60. Was that only for Coles Plus members?

Can you tell us which QLD suburbs offer Deliver More service? Not one QLD suburb is listed in Coles Deliver More - available suburbs. Thanks.
Seems that this was my mistake. The promotion and code was shown to me in the Coles app without mention of 'Deliver More', but on trying to use it in the checkout I get an error.
Coles are really blowing Woolies away with points offers and "discounts"
