Yes we are doing massive sale as we wrap the EOFY. Enjoy the savings!

So your margins weren't limited to 5% discount after all. This ad is 7 times that amount.
Neg for misleading the community, not really what OzB is meant for.

  • I don't understand why despite being esims and this being a "deal", the data allocation is as piss poor as the physical sim days. It's just still better off getting a physical sim once you land and get into some everyday person's market

    • Its really about giving people choices. Some like physical sim and dont mind buying at their destination, others will use international roaming and pay $5 per day with Optus or Telstra or use an esim if the price is right relative to their budget. In terms of data we do provide upto 50GB to a number of destinations if you need such a large amount for your next trip.

  • What is the activation period? Planning on travelling overseas later in the year so if I buy it now what’s the latest I can activate it by?

    • You have 180 days to activate esim

  • Get this for a 1month uk trip end of year, or buy a 3 sim when we get there?

I dont think any of these have meaningful data, when you can get a 3 sim with unlimited.

    • This is really your choice in terms of what best suit your needs. We do offer a daily 1GB pass where its full throttle for first 1GB and any data thereafter its throttled back to 512Kbps which can be similar to the unlimited 3 sim you referring to. The cost of it will be $1.30 per day after discount.

    • Imo for UK trip it's much better to get sim in the country in terms of price and allowance

  • All the options I checked say

    Mobile Number: Not available.

Are there any options with mobile number available?

How am I supposed to make or receive calls at my destination without a number?

    • Sorry currently we dont offer any plans with local phone number only data. In terms of receiving calls, you can still do that using WhatsApp, Viber, Skype and Facetime as it uses data.

      • Skype has ceased operations for over a month now.

        • Apologies about the oversight, you are totally right. Other options would be Facebook Messenger, Line and Google Meet.

      • Will you be offering plans with numbers in the future?

        • Yes we are working to offer European plan with Orange that will have phone number, data, calls and text messages. Similar approach will be for Thailand and Vietnam.

  • thanks for deal. bought 2 esim but why dashboard only show 1? bought it twice as your website only allow buying 1 at a time.

    • Thank you for your support. Yes you are correct we dont provide ability to buy multiple esims at the same time as we have the ability to top-up an existing esim so we dont want to confuse customers between the two functions. The top-up feature is available within the dashboard on left hand side so you can add more data onto existing esim if you need to.

In relation to the dashboard it currently shows the latest esim; we are working to improve it to allow customer to rotate between esims and balance it out with an app that we will be rolling out soon. In the interim to check data usage for the other esim, you would have received two emails for each esim. Within the email click on the Activate button where you will see a QR code and below it there is a "Check Usage" button that will show you the information and can be bookmarked.

We do apologise about such inconvenience, and we are working hard to make it as seamless as possible for you and other customers.

  • got my self online and eSIM x 2 purchased .. Would be nice to load addon packs prior to activation (and end of discount) and dont understand the restriction or purpose. Any way around this ? Activating in 2 days but will be OS then and would like to be able to do prior .. cheers

edit: happy with the pricing. hope the performance holds up .. email help was timely (overnight)

    • Your feedback is understood, and we will work on improving it. If you do have any issues with the performance, please reach out to us as we do want to make sure we meet your expectations.

  • Hi all,

In light of recent events in the Middle East, we want to reassure you that our refund policy covers the cancellation of trips. If you have purchased an eSIM and need to change your travel plans, please contact us - [email protected]

We will promptly cancel your eSIM and issue a refund.

  • Bought one for my US trip. Do not know which carrier they partner with. It was SLOW in WA.
    And NO reception in Juneau.

    • Hi VincentQQ,

Thank you for your feedback and we do apologise you had such an experience. Please reach out to [email protected] and we will arrange a refund as we stand by the service we provide.

We do offer access to Verizon and T-Mobile which are both 5G networks. The area you are in may not have the best coverage with the network you initially connected with. So, you do have the option to change between those two networks.

      For Andriod phone:
      1) Go to Settings
      2) Select Mobile Networks
      3) Select Network Operators
      4) Unselect Automatic Network Selection
      5) You will be provided to select between Verizon and T-Mobile, so rotate between them to see which one is better for your area

      For iPhone:
      1) Go to Settings
      2) Select Mobile
      3) Select eSIM
      4) Select Network Selection
      5) Unselect Automatic Network Selection
      6) You will be provided to select between Verizon and T-Mobile, so rotate between them to see which one is better for your area

      • Thanks. ATT has the best coverage in Alaska. That explains why it didn’t work.

        • OK understood your feedback and once again we are sorry.

          • @baztel: Just noticed my iPhone 16 Pro briefly connects to Verizon 4G with 3–4 bars after toggling airplane mode, then drops to 1 bar with no 4G, and within 2-3 seconds, it shows SOS.

            • @VincentQQ: Hi VincentQQ,

Please can you contact us via [email protected] so we can run diagnostic check on your esim and arrange a refund.

  • Hi, i tried making a purchase but the website doesnt support paypal for safe transactions. I then typed in my card details and it was declined. On your siite the error message states that this card is not accepted. On my cards side the transaction was declined because "the merchant tried to save your card for future payment".

    • Cripes, what is this all about?

      Hi missboo,

Thanks for the note. We do use Stripe as payment gateway, and we currently only support credit card payments. Our site is working OK and is accepting payments. A decline in payment would occur due to -

      a) If you are using a card outside Visa, Mastercard or AMEX
      b) Verification of transaction didn't occur - every transaction on our website will prompt your bank to send a code for you to verify payment. If you don't enter the code the payment is declined. We will not transact a payment without secondary verification of customer to protect both customer and us.
      c) Bank has declined the transaction (outside our control)
      d) Stripe has deemed the card high-risk (outside our control)

You are welcome to reach out to us at [email protected] and we can confirm the reason for decline.

  • I bought one for my trip to Auckland. After activating the eSIM, my phone showed it was connected to Spark NZ, but I still had no mobile network and couldn’t make any calls. Very disappointing!

    • Hi CarrotPapa,

Thank you for your note. Our eSIM provides data only and doesn't cover calls or messages. If you need to make calls you can use VOIP services like Whatsapp, Viber, Facebook Messenger etc…

If you are saying that you weren't able to make a call via VOIP service or unable to access the internet then please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will arrange a refund. We do stand by our service and customer satisfaction does matter to us.
