I doubt you can. The woolies site for Gift Card purchases is different form their online grocery website (which does not sell gc's).

https://woolworths.com.au/ - this is the one for cashback on grocery purchases
@nismo: That is correct! Any gift card purchases made through the Woolworths site from ShopBack will not be eligible for Cashback. These purchases aren’t tracked for Cashback.

check the normal t&c for ebay, the bonus deals do not have t&c.
You need to at least spend $0.01 on the bank card for it to work
Procedure is to use Macquarie Bank marketplace to buy a Ebay gift card with the custom amount $0.01 less than your transaction value (otherwise you cannot split between payment methods)
Does the ebay GC have $20 cap as well?
