Everyday Market From Woolworths: 30% Cashback (Capped At $200 Per Member) @ TopCashback AU

2412

Due to the popularity of the 30% cashback promo, Woolworths advises we have reached their budget threshold and have asked us to pause Everyday Market cashback effective 2PM AEST 17/06/2025 and until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Nice 30% Cashback (Capped at $200 per member) at Everyday Market from Woolworths.
Spend $667 (with GST) for max $200 cashback. GST is included for cashback.

Cashback does NOT stack with new member code EMNEW10 ($10 off $100). Confirmed with the rep TA.

TA's Tracking Tips:

  • Prior to using TopCashback, disable/remove all 3rd party plugins (AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, Honey, etc), VPNs, and avoid browsers such as Brave.
  • For iOS device: Apart from ensuring you’re not using an AdBlock app for Safari, the most important one is to ensure you have ‘Prevent Cross-Site Tracking’ turned off (see here).

Purchases made through 'Everyday Market from Woolworths' will register in your TopCashback account as 'Woolworths Groceries'.

What will stop me getting my cashback

  • Cashback for Everyday Market from Woolworths is eligible only on items that display the orange Everyday Market logo and "sold by" branding. Cashback is ineligible on any grocery items, packaging, tobacco, and delivery subscriptions.
  • If Woolworths deem reseller behaviour is taking place to gamify the cashback system, cashback might be ineligible.
  • Important: When a cap is specified in the cashback rate, it will apply per member and/or per Woolworths customer for the length of the promotional period. As an example, a $100 cap running alongside an increased cashback lasting 3 days will allow for a maximum payout of $100 per member and/or per Woolworths customer for the 3 days of the promotion. Woolworths can decline transactions at its discretion based on these terms. TopCashback has no control over this process.
  • Any orders made from outside Australia or perceived to be made from outside Australia (ie. using a VPN) will have cashback declined. This is at the discretion of Woolworths (not TopCashback).
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made using Woolworths business accounts, or perceived to be business accounts. This is at the sole discretion of Woolworths.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards for payment and/or purchase of gift cards.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.
  • Purchases made for resale or trade purposes are ineligible for any Cashback offer. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Cashback where we believe any order has been made in breach of this eligibility condition. We will not be liable to any loss or claim arising as a result of a cancellation of or refusal to issue Cashback under this clause.

What else is essential

  • Purchases made through 'Everyday Market from Woolworths' will register in your TopCashback account as 'Woolworths Groceries'.
  • Cashback is ineligible if using any Woolworths Rewards points as payment.
  • Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.
  • You must always return to TopCashback and click the pink cashback button through to the retailer's website for each new transaction. Ensure the TopCashback link is the last one used to visit the retailer's website prior to completing your purchase.
  • Any accounts that engage in fraudulent orders/activities to game/cheat the cashback system will be banned and cashback forfeited.

Good to know

  • Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
  • If an order is cancelled / returned / exchanged / modified, it will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account.
  • To be eligible for cashback, all transactions must be completed solely & wholly online and must not be assisted/negotiated via phone/chat/email. Failure to do so will cause tracking to fail and/or have cashback declined.

  • order cancelled even though I ordered the day before the post gained traction. What a joke

  • Mine is on it's way, but didn't track/isn't showing in Topcashback 🤷‍♂️

  • Disappointing to hear that your orders were cancelled. My order has just been delivered but I didn't buy a Switch 2.

  • Order cancelled.

  • Cancelled for me too - fishy.

  • My switch 2 order got cancelled too.

    • Also received a follow-up email.

'We regret to inform you that due to a technical issue with our stock keeping system, the item you have purchased is not available and your order has regretfully been cancelled in accordance with clause 4.2 of our Everyday Market Terms and Conditions.

A refund has been processed and you will receive this via your original payment method in 3-5 business days.

We know how frustrating this is, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. This isn’t the experience we want for our customers, and we’re working to ensure this technical error will be addressed and so that it does not occur moving forward.

      Sincerely,

      The Everyday Market Team'

      • Nice one. They didn't even bother to email me an excuse

Ordered switch 2 at 1:20am, just cancelled. What a scam.

    • Cancelled after receiving the shipping details?

      • Nah no shipping. Just order confirmation.

  • I’m calling bs to be honest. Mine also got cancelled. Gonna leave a review to make me feel bette haha

    • Cancelled Switch 2 here.

      • Cancelled after receiving the shipping details?

  • Ordered Switch 2 at 12:18am, order cancelled.

    • +1

Sounds a bit dodgey…I ordered mine 12.44am and it’s now shipped but my cashback didn’t track so I might end up paying full price $696.

  • Seems to happen often when theres an actually good deal on Everyday Market

  • So did anyone's Switch order NOT get cancelled?

    • I have seen 2. One even get his/her order delivered yesterday, which is insane.

      • My switch 2 didn’t get cancelled… ordered at 12.44am but it didn’t track so I’ll probably end up paying full price $696.

        • +1

if you wanna risk it, lodge a claim on TCB. Otherwise, cancel/return and wait for the next deal.

    • 🙋‍♂️
AusPost tracking says delivery expected today

  • Ordered at 12.44am and my switch 2 didn’t get cancelled…probably cos my cashback didn’t track so I’m paying full price $696. 🙄

    • +1

Not necessarily. I got a PS5 for about $480 through their first promo with ShopBack - it took months and I was on edge but it paid out in the end.

      • Hopefully. Probably need to lodge missing cash back with Top cash the next few days.

    • +1

have you got the tracking number from Mydeal?

      • Yep, got a tracking number from everyday market.

    • Cancelled after receiving the auspost shipping details?

      • No, it’s shipped but cashback not tracked.

        • +1

@ne-us If cashback is still untracked, best to return for a refund.

    • ordered 12:17, order got cancelled and didnt get tracking either.

  • +1

My PS5 from Big W has shipped.

  • Just a DP from my side:

I ordered Switch 2 at 1:30am AEST. It was shipped by MyDeal c/o Shiperoo yesterday. As of 2am today, the parcel is at the closest AusPost depot to me and is expected to be delivered today. I also just checked TC - the cashback is still marked as pending.

One of my mates ordered at 1.15am but received a cancellation email though. Not sure how MyDeal processes their orders…

    • +1

Good on you. Many people purchased before that time but still got cancelled. Definitely Mydeal doesn’t follow chronological order when processing.

    • +1

I ordered on 12:08 and got cancelled

  • Ordered a PS5 from my deal and is being delivered tomorrow, they had label up quickly but took awhile to get it over to Aus post it seems, too bad they were skimpy with Switch 2

  • Ordered a steam iron for the wife with this deal. Received the iron but the 30% cash back was declined even though I placed order 2 hours before the 2pm deal expiration. Very annoying. Seems like false advertising.

    • It’s time we start negging these cashback companies for failing to deliver the deal they advertised.

      • Yeah, they've earned a few future auto-negs from me. This is happening too often.

        • @dibdob Sorry to hear about the declined cashback. That was quick.

Looking at the T&Cs, just checking if you had used:

          • any codes (none listed at TopCashback)
          • Woolworths Rewards points as payment (not eligible)
          • same EDR account to purchase other items in this offer (max cashback $200 per member). Not sure if Woolworths checks.

If you haven't yet, please contact TopCashback support in this link. You would usually get a response within 48 hours but it's the weekend and it may be longer.

@PainToad It seems Woolworths ended the offer early according to TopCashback. Payment for cashback would be from Woolworths:

Due to the popularity of the 30% cashback promo, Woolworths advises we have reached their budget threshold and have asked us to pause Everyday Market cashback effective 2PM AEST 17/06/2025 and until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience caused

I've posted a few of the Everyday Market offers at TopCashback and ShopBack. Woolworths/Everyday Market seems to be an unreliable partner for the cashback sites.

Tracking, cancellation and rejection issues with Everyday Market have been reported with all the cashback sites and were due to issues at Everyday Market. Several negs in the Everyday Market offers at ShopBack too.

          • @trixieb: Everyday market appears to be the problem. The main thing is how each cashback site handles the situation for its customers. Shopback had a very poor response, or lack of response. We will see how top cashback handle it…

            • +1

@F-22: TopCashback has been better at managing the previous Everyday Market issues. The rep TA is more proactive than staff at ShopBack. These two cashback sites had more Everyday Market offers than Cashrewards.

Perhaps the cashback sites should not run such offers as they seem to be OzBargained quickly. I thought it could be a risk when I posted the offer. Unfortunately Woolworths/Everyday Market disappointed again.

I placed an order (not Switch 2). Tracked quickly and received the order the next day. Hope the $200 cashback will be paid.

            • @F-22: @PainToad Just remembered I posted a Cashrewards/Everyday Market offer for Cyber Monday 2024. Cashrewards quietly withdrew the offer early without any warning. Cashback also tracked incorrectly. Everyday Market probably stopped the promotion early.

          • +2

@trixieb: @trixieb Thanks for the response. I did not use any codes, spend any Woolies Rewards points or make any other purchases with the EDR account. I only have the one account and the steam iron was my only purchase for the promotional period, which initially tracked at $13.20 before it was declined. I used no VPN, nor did I have any ad-blocker software running. As far as I can tell, I met all the conditions of the promotion.

I did submit a support ticket, so hopefully that will be resolved in my favour. If not, I'll simply ignore such offers in future and warn others of the potential for them not being honoured.

            • @dibdob: You seem to have met all the conditions. In the past, Woolworths had incorrectly rejected or tracked incorrect amounts at TopCashback and ShopBack. (My $200 cashback is still tracked as pending at the moment.)

The rep TA at TopCashback sorted out those Everyday Market issues as mentioned by several OzBargainers.

Hope your cashback issue will be resolved in your favour.

              • +1

@trixieb: tightarse was awesome. the cashback is showing as pending again. great follow-up!!

                • @dibdob: Excellent. Thanks for the update :)

Did TA mention what the issue was?

                  • +2

@trixieb: Similar to @dibdob, my cashback of $7.2 was declined and I didn't even noticed it until I got an email from Topcashback that an "automatic ticket" was submitted for me. They asked if I canceled/returned/exchanged my order and I replied that the order was paid, completed and delivered. Here is their reply:

Please note your Everyday Market order was declined by Woolworths as they required a $50 minimum spend. As we did not have this listed in our terms during the promo, we're making good out of pocket and the transaction is now showing correctly in your account. Provided you don't cancel/exchange/return the order, it will be approved within the estimated time frame.

The transaction has now changed from "declined" to "pending". Nice customer service from Topcashback.

                    • @onon0402: Thanks for the update. Great service from TopCashback. It would be the rep TA as mentioned here.

                • @dibdob: @PainToad TA sorted dibdob's transaction. Out of the cashback sites, I've found TopCashback to be the most reliable.
