  If you have the receipt, get in touch with Dell and they will send a new one. Since it comes with 3 years warranty

Purchased for $35 from dell directly 3yrs ago.

Keyboard is quite good. Still running with same batteries since purchase.
Mouse very basic, nothing special. Batteries need replacement everywhere 9 months.
