I contacted sales, they gave a link where the code works to check out.
Not sure if it works right away, because I only did it a couple of hours later when it says the check out data is expired. None of these payment methods worked: credit card, Afterpay, Zip Pay, and Google Pay, but Paypal did it for me.
Hope your experience is a bit better than mine.

I completed check out process as guest with email linked to appliances account, generated code incognito mode and applied it to checkout process.
If first code not working try generating code few times using some random motor club account number.
