Eligible NAB Visa cards

  • NAB personal Visa debit card,
  • NAB personal Visa credit card,
  • NAB Now Pay Later (NNPL) digital card

Promotion Terms

These terms and conditions apply to the offer where the first 75,000 eligible customers who spend $80 or more in one transaction on eligible items and checkout with an eligible NAB Visa card receive $10 off their order with the promo code NAB10 (Offer). For this Offer and these terms, an eligible NAB Visa card means a NAB personal Visa debit card, NAB personal Visa credit card, or a NAB Now Pay Later (NNPL) digital card. This Offer is available from 12.00am AEST on Tuesday 1 July 2025 until the earlier of 11.59pm AEST on Tuesday 22 July 2025 or the Offer being fully redeemed. When we say eligible items in these terms and conditions, we mean any product that’s sold at Amazon.com.au or in the Amazon App except for: (i) products sold by Amazon US, Amazon UK, Amazon Japan, or Amazon Germany Global Stores (even if fulfilled by Amazon AU); (ii) alcohol; and (iii) digital purchases like e-books, subscriptions like Prime Video and Audible, gift cards and postage or delivery rates. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, and the promo code is single use and can only be redeemed once per customer per eligible NAB Visa card. This Offer is not available to NAB business and NAB corporate card account holders, except where those customers also hold and pay with an eligible NAB Visa card. If you cancel or return an eligible item purchased using the promo code, you’ll only be refunded the price you paid for that item (i.e. less the value of the promo code) and the promo code will be invalidated. This Offer can’t be used on pre-existing orders and won’t apply to orders placed with 1-Click. The Offer isn’t transferable and can’t be resold and isn’t redeemable for cash. This Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended without notice. Any amendment to or withdrawal of the Offer will only apply to Eligible Orders made pursuant to the Offer after the time and date of the amendment or withdrawal. If we amend the Offer or end it early, we will, where possible, give you reasonable notice about this on this page. The Amazon.com.au Conditions of Use and Sale apply. Delivery charges will be applied to each item in accordance with the Amazon.com.au standard delivery rates and policies. If a customer violates any terms and conditions of this Offer, use of the promo code will be invalid, and they will not be eligible for this Offer. Amazon may elect to cancel a transaction (and refund monies paid) if it considers that a customer is violating these terms or to address suspected misuse, abuse or fraud. Amazon reserves the right to cancel this Offer at any time where it suspects misuse, abuse or fraud. ©2025 National Australia Bank Limited ABN 12 004 044 937 AFSL and Australian Credit License 230686

Works on selected gift cards as well (ie PlayStation gift cards)

    • Does partial payment still work? Or am I remembering wrong?

    • Does it work on amazon gift cards?

      • +1

I tried and got "The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase."

  • +3

They made sure you were $1 away from just buying a yearly membership on the card

  • +2

Any ideas what is eligible or is it a bit of a game of whack a mole?

I tried health and wellness card and a slab of monsters, no dice on either

    • +1

It should pop up on the Amazon listing if it’s eligible (with both offers (CARD10/NAB10), there’s no other way to check afaik

      • Hmm, turns out both offers were on the monsters and I missed it. The codes stacked too 👌

      • Can't edit previous comment - it was APP10 that applied and I couldn't see it at the time.

  • Expired already?

Was showing moments ago, but now disappeared.

    • Just worked for me at 7am

    • Still can see both offers on the app

      • Thanks. Got it to work through the app. It also stacked with $10 off $59 and $20 off $59 app offers.

  • +5

Canceled my NAB CC last month but still have visa debit which worked fine buying an $80 playstation gift card for $70, cheers

  • Can't be used on Apple GC.

  • +1

    What's everyone buying that's eligible?

  • -1

It's not accepting NAB10 code for me. Is it because I have to add NAB card details first?

    • Yes and have to pay from it too.

  • I wish they would include other Amazon sites not just au.

    • +1

Read the whole comments, not only from this deal

It’s stackable with all 3 promos: the 2 promos for NAB10/CARD10 and the app offer too

So that’s $30 off for a $89 spend. Your username doesn’t check out, please hand in your membership

      • +1

How to stack nab10 and card10? One is nab card and the other is citi/boq card

        • -2

Not sure, but @OZBMate8911 managed to. Pinged him to ask how :)

        • -1

Can't edit previous comment - it was APP10 that applied and I couldn't see it at the time.

          • @OZBMate8911: Tried on both desktop and app and can only get a $10 discount max, how does one stack all 3?

      • -7

Not sure if your username checks out either, BargainGrabber. I expected you to spot deals — not get excited over pocket lint in discount form.

        • +1

It’s BargainsGrabber - please at least get it right :)

Stacking 2 codes is still a bargain and isn’t that part of my name too?

    • Didnt neg you but this is a great deal compared to the other $10 promo credit (not refundable and no cashback) from $200 gift card spend. That is measly

    • +1

Is a 12.5% discount not good enough for Your Highness?

  • +1

I can't get it to work with my NAB Visa Debit card. I just get "The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase."

I'm trying to purchase two products totaling $90, both of which are listed as having the CARD10 Promo (that doesn't work either).

    • It’ll give you that error but you can see that a $10 promotion is applied at the top of the page if you’re assessing it via the app

      • +2

I was doing it via the website and the $10 wasn't coming off. I might try the app instead.

edit: nope, doesn't work with the app either.

    • I also am running into this same issue.

No idea why it is giving error.

For me, i am trying to buy a under desk treadmill, single item at $225, from $450 (50% off)

    • same here, it is applying a $10 promo credit but that was from the GCPRIME $10 promo credit

      • i found out that although it says $10 applied to your cart, this will only work if all items are sold and shipped by Amazon not 3rd party

  • Never had personalised offers turned on too late to turn on now I think

  • +4

Neither the CARD10 nor the NAB 10 codes don't work for me. It shows on the product page

    • +1

      Same here. Invalid promo code

    • -1

It applies automatically as promo credit

  • +3

Didn’t work for me — waste of time, even though right card and qualifying items selected.

  • +3

    Same here. Does not work.

  • +2

also not working for me :( tried via web browser and app, both saying "The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase."
when the offer appeared on the product page, i clicked "redeem", it said enter code at checkout. but then entering the code returns the above error.

    • +1

Not sure why ppl are reporting it as not working.

      Maybe try this:
      1. Change payment method to the eligible card
      2. Re-enter the code
      3. Should get the following selection

      • +1

yeah, that doesn't seem to work, for some reason. when i go to checkout, the offer appears in a banner above the payment method options. but when I enter the code, it shows this error where the promo credit should show up. ("The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase" + NAB10 banner disappears, CARD10 appears instead. I've also tried CARD10 and that doesn't work either.)

i've tried with cart total >$80, >$90, and also >$100. ordering 8 items, no other coupons/vouchers/deals being applied except for free Prime delivery.
        also tried with/without S&S activated.

        • +3

UPDATE: i figured it out. the last part of my previous comment was the clue. it looks like the "Overnight 4am-8am" delivery option (which is free for Prime) was being counted as a "promotion" clashing with the offer. once I changed this to the regular "Next Day" delivery option, the $10 promotional credit magically appears. lol

          • +1

@sadgalsecret: Glad it works, and sorry if I didn’t know that a different promotion applied clashes with this promo

Canberra doesn’t have overnight delivery option lol :P

          • @sadgalsecret: Thanks! This is what happened to me and I couldn’t figure it out and thought it was due to not being sold by Amazon. Changing to normal next day delivery instead of the 4-8am brought up the $10 promotional credit option. And could pay for most of my order with existing GC balance too.

  • +1

Worked alright for me thanks OP

  • After a bit of mucking around got the $10 to apply and paid entirely with GC balance

  • Can't get it to work - I have both Nab and Citi cards, failed on both.

The items I want are in the "spend $40 on selected items and get 5% off". Is this why?

If so, is there a way to disable or remove that promo on checkout?

  • +2

That was wierd…Got the code to work…despite it not wanting to initially.

One of the items for what ever reason (it was part of the $40 spend, 5% group) registered as an earlier delivery and seemed to cause the problem.

Removed it, chucked on another random item, Went to check out, selected NAB card, entered code. Backed out, removed random item, added the original item. Promo credit still applied. Phew.

    • Thank you! this is what worked for me

  • any ideas if i apply for a NAB account now how long will have the card?

  • -1

is this one time only or can be multiples?

    • should be multiples, I have this https://files.ozbargain.com.au/upload/214372/122610/amazon2.… as mentioned by sadgalsecret

Contact Amazon support who issued me $10 promo to my account directly.

    • +2

From OP: "This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, and the promo code is single use and can only be redeemed once per customer per eligible NAB Visa card."

  • +3

I finally got the NAB10 code to work today, on the same basket with the same card that it wouldn't work with last week. The only difference was I no longer had a gift card balance in my account. I suspect that even though I selected not to use the gift card balance and use the NAB card it still somehow rejected the code.

  • ok bought 2 things using CARD10 and NAB10 each - waiting for next code :D

  • Looks like this has ended? Can't apply it to any order now.

  • There's a few comments here about code not working and then working and trying different things with promos etc.

I believe the main issue is items need to be delivered on the same day

I had an annoying situation where some items were coming tomorrow and others on Monday and it wouldn't apply the promo.

I experimented and if I made the items on either day over $80 it worked.

So I waited until all items said Monday and it worked fine. Annoying as I did want some tomorrow

  • Works with Citi credit card too
