you can go through your account, upgrade whatever product you have to the all products pack and enter code at checkout and it works

they do, it tells me to go and upgrade to "All Products" and apply it at checkout and it does not seem to work as a code at checkout
@rashn: The instructions only work on fresh or lapsed subsriptions (like yours).
When you have an active sub for a single product from the pack it is different.
When you have an active sub for a single product from the pack with another discount applied i.e. graduation pack, it is also different.
Thank you for your input though, but next time don't assume everyone is in the same boat, can't be that difficult.
Found a solution: Use this with a new email and link the 2 accounts together.

i downgraded before to just a single license last year. They said you have to upgrade to full package before i can get the free offer. so i upgrade to full package and pay monthly. then it works.
you might want to double check that, I thought that is how mine was going to work but it seems it was using left over time as credit hence showing up as total of $0.00 and charging once the credit runs out…
Actually you can put the all packages into cart and then apply the coupon, then the price will become 0.
And then you can downgrade your subscription.Exactly what I just did. Was on IDEA only and clicked on the the link to switch to All Product. On the following page, apply the discount code and saw the price turned to 0 (from $160). My previous license expires next month now I have 13 months!
Will see how good the JetBrains AI is now.
Some people really like it, it is a fully fledged IDE that requires quite a beefy hardware. Mine just runs super slow as soon as i unplug M2 from power. Consider watching tutorials how to set up indexing, as this massively affects performance. I really tried to like it, but simple things i can do in vscode(like pane splitting and navigation) i struggled to do with shortcuts in their products, which was a dealbreaker for me

When I was learning programming we got Jetbrains for free and were encouraged to use it only after we had the basics drilled in (at least a few months) as they didn't want us relying too much on the autocorrect stuff.

No you don't get free Cursor. Cursor is a competitor's code editor with an AI agent that can write and modify code for you. Junie adds similar AI capability to the main code editors offered by Jetbrains (IntelliJ, WebStorm, and a few others).
Received this from one of their replies. We need to check if the subscription is issued to a real person and if it has your actual name on it, so please send us a scanned copy of your ID card. Additionally, we need confirmation of your country of residence. According to our EULA, you are required to provide your full name when getting a license, whether it's free or paid. The same applies to the location and billing address.
Looks some new users got this email. Once you sent the email, they will restore your subscription.
