Had two of these and both developed double click issues after 1 year.

    • I'm onto my 3rd, I do like them though…

    • +4

Two clicks for effort of one, isn't that better?

    • +1

Trash mouse. Laggy and a shit scroll wheel.

      • Can you suggest a worthwhile alternative? I am looking to replace my current Triathlon. Thanks.

        • +1

I really like the ATTACK SHARK X1 I got from Aliexpress for like $35.

Very different type of mouse but.

          • @PainToad: Attack Shark is not bad but VXE Dragonfly R1 is best mouse on the market atm for price/performance ratio

      • +1

I love the scroll wheel on these. What do you find bad about it? I love the click between infinite and notchy much like on my MX Master.

    • +3

You'd expect better endurance from a product named Triathlon than that.

    • +4

I have two, both of which have worked flawlessly for years. Sorry you had issues mate.

    • +3

I've had one daily at work since 2020 and it is fine, as are the others in the office. Maybe it's a batch variance issue or something else?

    • Same here. Tried the youtube steps suggested in one of the comments below. Worked for one week and then the issue resurfaced again. Now using MX master which has been good so far.

    • yeah my G502 did this super annoying…

    • I can help you fix those if you like :)

  • Have had 2 for over 2 years without a hitch, using them now and thought I will get 2 extra. I have the MX master sitting in my draw unused and prefer these.
after ordering I thought I should have Price Match at officeworks :(

    • Thanks for the heads up, will go get a pricebeat now.

    Love this mouse

  • Three device switching is nice. Plenty of mice around this price

  • have one which keeps forgetting to connect to my bt so i have to use the dongle

  • +4

Legend, highly recommended. Purchase during the Covid WFH time and still works flawlessly and can switch between laptops very quickly.

I also have the Logitech K375s keyboard. The unified BT dongle enables to use one dongle for both the keyboard and mouse

Is there a way to program such that when to switch the input source of both keyboard and mouse simultaneously with one press where pressing (1, 2 or 3 ) in the keyboard, also switches the input source of mouse automictically?.

Any deals on the Logitech multi device keyboards?

  • +3

    Great mouse and price.
All today's tech deals would have been appreciated YESTERDAY…..

Had one, so far no complaints.

Double click issue can be fixed.

Fantastic mouse… Have one for work and one for home.

  • +3

Great until the rubber rots. Then it is throw away time.

    • Ah so same issue as the mx master? Thats a shame. I need a second mouse for at home (sick of taking mine into the office lol) and thought I’d get this instead of an mx master.

FYI for anyone who has the rubber rot issue with their mx master - search up 3d printed replacement. I was able to purchase a hard plastic replacement for the rubber through a 3d printing service. Genuinely life changing haha.

    • yea i can feel mine getting bad, but then again its like 3 years old.. go my moneys worth with the keyboard and mouse set.

    • I've never had a problem with the rubber rotting, but it has worn away where my thumb and pinkie grip the mouse, so that is annoying. But it's been over 7 years which is pretty good.

  • Had two… has been great workhorse

  • +1

Sweet, matched with JB. Thanks OP.

I've had mine for a good 10 years now I think; originally purchased in a combo with a K750 keyboard; and honestly it's been solid.

    • You mean MK850?

Got one with that combo in 2017. Recently purchased one to replace that one. Now one more as spare.

    • Had my set at work for 10 years now, both going strong

  • With shipping to Sydney, it's $51, which is currently price-matched on Amazon with prime.

  • Great mouse, paid $59 in May. Just bought another one.

  • 16 big ones for shipping though :(

  • It's ok. Logitech flow is nice, and ergonomic feel are pretty ok. The material will peel though and Bluetooth keeps disconnecting. Thankfully, if you buy a K series keyboard, those will come with a dongle as well and they're interchangeable.

35 bucks is starting to be Chinese gaming mouse territory. So if you don't need device switching (and buying a scissor switch keyboard for the price of a mech keyboard), other mouses are more accurate.

  • Got JB Hi-Fi to price match via chat and used a 5% off Rewards Gateway voucher to bring it down to $33.50

  • I found this mouse to be very average.

It's quite heavy compared to my other gaming mice so there's more "friction" and energy involved getting it going from rest.

    • I think that's the point. Office users want something with a bit more resistance as your average user is not playing a twitchy shooter, they're just trying not to overshoot the italics button in Excel. It's not suitable as a serious gaming mouse anyway (click latency and polling rate are too high), so it's going to feel awful if that's what you're used to.

      • I guess I should clarify - I use a gaming mouse in the office as I do lots of CAD drawing works which require frequent start and stopping of the mouse, so I prefer having a lightweight one to move around easily.

        • What alternate high quality multi device mouse would you recommend even if it means paying a premium?

          • +1

@utsc: I recently got a razer pro click v2. Works pretty well so far, just be aware the battery claims a literal rubbish - maybe 1-2 weeks for heavy usage. Very nice packaging.

Just be aware "gaming" polling rates are only possible on dongle or plugged in. But bluetooth gives you better battery life than dongle.

            • @lenspizza: This goes for almost any mouse over bluetooth - they're all stuck at 125 Hz, which can feel slushy. If you do want to improve battery life, see if 500 Hz polling is a nice compromise.

Going strong for 4 years now as daily wfh driver. Changed batteries twice if i remember correctly. Horizontal scroll and shortcut buttons are very useful.

If I buy this can I call myself a triathlete?

    • +1

You can call yourself anything mate.
      Doesn't make you one though…

  • A good, reliable mouse, but had to stop using mine after I developed pain in my hand and wrist - above average hand sizes and this model don’t seem to mix.
    (this is not a flex)

I am onto my second one, and I try to keep a new spare, as I have grown to like it. (I think the clicker switch wore out on the previous one, but did not hold a grudge due to use).

There are not many Bluetooth Mice that have the ability to connect to 3 different Bluetooth devices using a switch on the mouse itself.

I have found that the newer one takes longer to be recognized by the connecting device when changing using the switch on the mouse.

I see the scrolling has been criticized above, but I have grown use to it, and consider it to be an advantage. Probably not a contender for anyone looking for a gaming mouse.

    • Why is the newer model taking longer to switch? Also is there a way to program such that when to switch the input source of both keyboard and mouse simultaneously with one press where pressing (1, 2 or 3 ) in the keyboard?

      • For the next update, I wish they would bring out a version with 4 switching buttons, as well as the ability to temporarily disable buttons so you can switch 1, 2, 1, 2, instead of 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3. (when you don't have a 3rd device).

  • Humidity causes double clicks, put it in rice 😂

$30 here + $4 Delivery for me in Syd.

Unless it is an older model.

    • it's used

      • Yeah, I wouldn't buy a used one.

    • Yeah, used products, never bought from them before. All hidden under the faqs on the support page. Quite a dodgy way, assuming that everyone would know about their business model.
I am pretty sure they can be taken to Fair Trading for deceptive marketing tactics, putting 5 yrs warranty sign everywhere.

  • I have one of these at work, and I have never had any issues with it.

  • I haven't tried the matching Logitech keyboard yet (K780 i think). Instead I got the Officeworks home brand version (BT w 3 switches). Pretty ordinary, often repeats letters.

  • keen to get thoughts on this compared to logitech Anywhere mouse.

  • Battleaxe of a mouse. It's an extension of my arm at this point.

  • I've been using mine for 4.5 years, only issue is the rubber melting from use.

  • I've been using mine since covid times too, although it's developed a different issue where it doesn't recognize clicks. And will also "unclick" while I'm still holding the button down. I've been dealing with it so far, but will try to open it up and give it a clean. Don't want to create more e-waste if I can't help it.

Are there any other good alternatives? Multi-input, multi connectivity mice?

    • I was having that issue too…was frustrating using excel. Dropped it on the floor and has been going strong for 6 months since haha - must’ve dislodged something.

Bought some silent switches to change out though.

      • Good old floor drop. I might have to try it.

Mind sharing the link for the silent switches?

        • I bought Kailh Mute Button’s (6.6x7.3) - still haven’t got around to installing, but plenty of guides on YouTube. They feel pretty solid and are ridiculously cheap.

  • Damn missed out
