Had no problems doing it over the phone, the rep said he had someone else do the same deal yesterday. Not sure you need a membership to buy off the marketplace unless your using points.

yep same thing just happened.
I called to have a rant and they gave me 10% off but advised their site is being updated to remove the full priced iPhone listing anyway so even if I wanted to I couldn't order the phone.
