Was looking at a 9600x for a new build but this is very tempting

Recently bought 7600x for $311 from eBay in last eofy sale. I was concerned about the product warranty from Amazon uk.

  • a $120 price drop compared to what i paid for from Scroptec last year — decent price for whoever pulls the trigger. solid chip. just waiting for the 9800X3D to drop in price in a few years time for a decent upgrade down the line.

    7700 for this price

You're right for once… in fact, it can be had for even less than $200 if you can wait for a cashback offer:

        Nah I'm also right for 600 for 9800X3D and 300 for 7800X3D

        • +1

          300 for 7800X3D?

@theone4u: If you read this persons other comments, he seems to have an issue when quoting prices.

He likes to quote prices in USD, but never mentions that.

He also likes to quote these prices, but never provides any evidence that it's been available for this price.

              @MdMa7: Wrong. One recent example for 7800X3D is AUD 440, then - AUD 20 (coupon) - AUD 12 (min spend discount) = AUD 407, AUD 407 * 0.80 (20% cashback) = AUD 320. And that's just an AUD 440 deal, a standard deal on the 7800X3D.

              • +1

@marshmall0w2: Show us please. $440 after tax?

              • +1

@marshmall0w2: How are you getting uncapped 20% cashback? What other elegible coupons apply to the $440 deal to bring it lower?

                • @zachhambo: Shopback supersized uncapped or Cashrewards uncapped. Topcashback sometimes has uncapped. Just go through the history.

                  So essentially,

                  1. Supersized uncapped cashback anywhere from 20% standard to up to 50% (happened multiple times in the past)

                  2. Clear's min spend discount (about $12 to $18 off)

                  3. A random coupon of $20 that sometimes you're given

                  4. The 7800X3D has gone to AUD 369 - AUD 389 in the past too

                  5. Free shipping promotion (if needed).

                  • @marshmall0w2: The last 7800x3d lowest price deal already had minimum spend coupons applied to get $454. Have you actually received a payout from uncapped topcashback US deals with AMD? I have also never seen a comment about receiving $20 random coupon under any AMD AliExpress deal.

                    • @zachhambo: The $20 coupon is an AliExpress wide coupon. Like I said, the 7800X3D has gone to AUD 369 - AUD 389 in the past too. All my AliExpress cashback have returned with payout successful. The cashback companies will say when the uncapped deal is on or not.

                      • @marshmall0w2: They hated him because he told the truth. Glad you’ve finally explained yourself to the unbelievers

                        • +1

@Terra Australis: But he never shared the tips and tricks only after he scored the cashback payout, hence he got negged to oblivion due to against the ozb spirit of sharing and caring.

All the 7800x3D deal posted here only shows up to $454 lowest price, not $320.

You are wrong! 7700 costs 130 dollars

      • USD…

        • he lives in Trump states, hence the USD reference.
