Just an FYI - these are all short expiry SIM as mentioned on Boost website. But it shouldn’t matter anyways since you’ve to activate within 30 days for the cashback

    • +1

7/6/26 Expiry on mine, for those wondering.

      • Same.

@BargainsGrabber Did you have a screenshot of that by any chance? I went to read it the other day out of curiosity but then the deal had finished on the boost website.

        • Sorry deleted the screenshot.

Was surprised to see "Short Expiry" written on the $39 SIM on first page of Boost website. I had bought the $39 SIM from the TCB offers this year and they all expire next year.

However when you click on the $39 SIM, it's not stated on the actual page. It wasn't obvious as I only noticed it after BG mentioned.

        • I didn’t take a screenshot unfortunately, only noticed it when was clicking through to Boost website

      • Same. And cashback updated from 2.57 to 24 over night :)

      • same

  • Do I have to keep charging the number until cashback is confirmed or can I just let the number expire?

  • +3

Headsup: Cashback is ineligible for eSIM

    • You can activate physical sim first then switch to esim.

      • how? do you have to talk to cs?

        • +1

You activate physical sim and switch to esim in the app.

  • +6

I guess people just activate the new number and let it 'dies' by itself to get the profit ?

    • +2

      Correct

    • +1

And convert to an eSIM and use for "free" data for the month.

  • +1

Flawless checkout and great deal. Tracking email came within 20 seconds of ordering. Are we seeing the return of boost sims? Time to make some new jb hifi perks accounts

  • Thanks got one :)

  • How about something went wrong? Did they fix the issue yet?

    • I got it first time, then ordered with a different email and second order was successful.

  • When does the 30 days to activate start? From purchase or sent day?

  • +1

Boost and CR emails came through instantly. $11 profit here we come…

  • I think im blacklisted from boost

    • What did you get?
I got sorry we are unable to process your order.
Tried different card and keep getting the same error.

      • Yep that error

  • +1

immediately received tracking email before order confirmation!

  • Is there a limit on this per person? Or can I make $11 per minute today?

    • I'm usually able to place 5 orders per deal on average before I'm temp banned from boost

  • Pretty.. pretty… pretty good.

  • tracked instantly for me unlike shopback. but still not really happy with either company. seems to becoming more effort than its worth (when it doesnt track)

  • any good use for these sims? Hate to just have them send to me, activate etc. for profit (don't mind the profit), but would be good if I can use this new number for some free trials? (Kayo etc.?)

    • +3

Multiple JB perks accounts, one for every month

      • thats the way

  • Tracking at $2.75 again

  • +1

Received instant tracking. But amount of cashback is only $2. 74 . Amount paid is $ 13

    • Same here!

  • Getting $2.75

  • Mine only tracked at $2.75, will raise a ticket when I can

  • I just bought one but cashback amount is only $2.75???

  • My cashback is only $2.75?

  • I also got $2.75

  • I've escaped from Boost Jail for CR. Shopback didn't work yesterday. What I changed:
    * Used a completely different name, DOB and mobile number
    * Completely different email address
    * Used a debit card
    * Used 5G

I would also try reinstalling the CR app to clear cache

  • +1

    Same, got $2.75 only
    Anyway to cancel the order?

  • I also got $2.75 cashback only…

  • +1

    Same. Only $2.75

  • -1

I purchased the 65GB 28 day prepaid sim for $13 but my cashback tracking is only $2.75. Did I buy the wrong item??

  • $2.75

  • +1

Folks I have marked my post expired as it seems you're getting $2.75 cashback only.
My second order was 11:11am and it was $24 cashback.

You can contact boost online chat to cancel order

    • +3

Still showing $24 in the cashrewards app the dogs…

    • I would have kept it as expired - too many people on here don't read beyond the headline.

      • I dont know who marked as open again, there was a note that was not added by me

  • +2

Also got $2.75 cashback tracked. Is it a case of chasing up Cashrewards to alter the cashback? Or should we cancel the order with Boost?

  • +2

Tracked instantly, but only for $2.75… Definitely said $24 when I clicked the link in the cashrewards app.
I was off CR and they pulled me back in with this, and now this…

    • Still does now @11.45 am. Should screenshot it to show later.

    • yeah I also was off CR due to their denial of my big w cashback despite the evidence that I got everything correctly with screenshots.
This was my first time to try CR again - but so disappointed with their low act by decreasing the cashback without updating the CR.

  • +11

So CR is competing with SB to race to the bottom I guess.

    • +1

      TCB FTW!

    • Double or nothing

  • +1

Screenshot the page showing $24 for evidence

    • *Screen recording

    • will screenshots work? I had Big W transaction rejected with a reason of “attributed to a different merchant” and CR rep refused to review my screenshots (multiple with each showing how I completed the purchase) by no further reply.

      • If we all have the same evidence it becomes a matter of their credibility and reputation if they do not pay as advertised, so yes it definitely helps.

  • Damn I missed it!

    • You can still get it, their page still says $24 back on the $39 prepaid SIM (which Boost is selling for $13), but might have to fight for the correct cash back later LOL

      • idk, don't wanna risk it.

but yeah it been a while since these profit sims

  • +1

There are no Cashrewards Boost Mobile deals that equate to a $2.75 cashback.

  • Got screenshots of everything, only $2.75 tracked here

  • Is there a difference between Pending and Tracked? Mine says pending at $24 cashback off a $13 spend

  • I don't mind getting $2.75 CR but I need 65GB. Can anyone confirm that I will only receive $65 when I activate today? I can't get the sim delivered and activated by today.

  • That's dodgy. I won't pull the trigger until they fix!

  • Dodgy. Will HODL for majority successful cases.

Not worth my time if I need to do tons of chats for the profit.

And $2.75 is far worse than $10 from Shopback even from the start.

    • -1

So you want others to waste their time first?

  • -2

too much work for a $11 $2.75 profit

    • +3

Nah, you pay $13 in the beginning and tracked only $2.75.

Which means a $10.25 loss from the start.

You will need to fight back for $21.25.

Sounds like a trap to me.

I'm happy to jump down the hole if the starting CB is $10 as I need the data also. But $2.75? Nope.

      • Lol

  • This will be a fun price error

    • That's very clear.

      Loud and clear.

  • +2

I contacted Boost online chat and was told they couldn't find the order to cancel it:
"Thank you for staying in touch.
As the payment is in pending and we are unable to fetch this order details from our end.

I kindly request you to wait until your order is dispatched.
Once it’s delivered, you have the option to either refuse the delivery at your doorstep or contact us for assistance with cancellation.
If your order was placed successfully, we’ll be happy to help you cancel it and process the refund accordingly."

Guess I will try asking Cashrewards to honour the cashback sigh.

    • Lol I had a ripper from Boost CS 2 weeks ago, they couldn't activate my sim and told me to just buy another one, wow.

      • They tried that on me last year, made a TIO complaint and got it replaced, as well as a 12 month Boost sim card for 'compensation'!

    • How do you refuse delivery? Do you just write return to sender on the envelop and drop it in the auspost mailbox?

      • I think if it requires signature on delivery, then can refuse to sign for it.
But most sims that I've received in the past just gets delivered in a letter and doesn't require signature on delivery so can't refuse delivery…

        • Exactly my experience. They just leave it in the mailbox/at the door.

  • -7

someone buy another and see if they have fixed it….

  • chatted with Boost agent for more than 35 mins… said order not found, asked me to wait for 24 hours for their system to update.
    wasting time,.. lesson learnt.

    • +1

      That's what I expected.

Painful chat with Boost support everytime even it is just a activation.

    • Better advice than the Boost agent I chatted with for good 20-30mins (see above)…
So the moral of the story is no point contacting them within 24 hrs of placing the order as it'll be a waste of time as they can't find the order on their system yet.

    • +1

New comments said it's adjusted back to $24 in their accounts

      • +1

yup. contacted Cashrewards, and got adjusted to $24, today. thank you Op

  • I bought 4, 2 is showing $24 each and the other 2 is showing $2.75 each

    • What time did you order?

      • 10:26 was tracking at $24
        10:28 was tracking at $2.75

        That's WA time.

        • +3

          11.23 at $24
          11.25 at $24
          11.26 at 2.75
          11.27 at 2.75

Got in contact with CR and they responded

‘’I hope you're doing well. Thank you for getting in touch with us regarding your purchase from Boost Mobile.

I do apologise that your transaction has been tracked incorrectly our Operations team is now looking into this and we will provide you an update as soon as we hear back.

I apologise for the inconvenience caused by this. Your patience was greatly appreciated. If there's anything else you need help with, please feel free to get back in touch. Have a great day.’’

    • +3

Thanks dingdong3000 - hopefully they adjust everyone's to save every person contacting CS

    • Sent them an email as well but haven't seen a response yet. I can see they updated their page saying $2.80 on the $39 Prepaid SIM now though.

    • Got the same from them, have put in a request to cancel with Boost as well.

    • I got the exact same response from CR. Since my initial attempt to cancel with Boost has failed, I'm hoping CR will honour the cashback that was advertised on their website at the time of my purchase.
