thanks, i think I have the same one from the earlybird post.
why would 6GHz be significant?
6Ghz is unique to Wifi 6e and 7.
It just means extra bandwidth/speed that is not used by many other Wifi devices, so less interference. But it also only has a short effective range.
There are other benefits to Wifi 7 and this device in general, so it's not likely to be a deal-breaker (I own a Slate 7 myself). However some people may see Wifi 7 and understandably assume it supports the 6Ghz band.
i have one of this and had a beryl mt3000 too. ama.
Where can we buy a 5g dongle? I bought Beryl during a recent deal, but found that dongles are not sold anywhere any more. Even woolies stocked it a few years ago
connect a phone to its USB Port.
Can still get 4GX dongles from Coles and Woolworths though don't forget they may be locked to telco on purchase.
For those purchasing - keep in mind that this does not support the 6 GHz band.
