  I have one and can't hear a thing. My PC is mounted under desk, though, and I can't pretend to be overly sensitive to noise.

This one comes with a 12VHPWR to DUAL 8-pin PCIe adapter cable, while most 5070 Ti cards come with a triple 8-pin PCIe configuration. After installing this card, my PC became unstable and would automatically shut down after a while. I fixed the issue by buying a new cable (12VHPWR to TRIPLE 8-pin PCIe).

I guess the input power wasn't sufficient to drive the card for the dual, or maybe my PSU is just too shitty.
