I have a laptop with only microphone :( so that simple webcam suits me as it does not have in-built micro like the newer and better webcams.

why is it written 15.0$ ????

The amount of Microsoft's 25% hardware rebate is always end with digit 0 or digit 5.
The rebate amount will be rounded UP to the nearest number ending with 5 or 0.
For example, $79.95 x 25% = $19.9875 —> rounded up to $20
$69.95 x 25% = $17.49 —> rounded up to $20
hm just add info, webcam seems not include any mic (usually they come)
however, this is still a good deal.
