This was a kickstarter projector that has had a lot of hype (this company is also associated with AWOL a well known UST projector manufacturer), good reviews but there seems to be issues with their EBL, which is a type of frame by frame AI to max out contrast. It basically a reskinned Hisense C2, which can be had cheaper if you but the VIDDA variant from china. This is a good price for a local projector.

that seems almost obscenely too cheap especially for an 'ultra' when stuj was (i assume) referring to standard c2 which for reference is at $2280 at video pro with $200 video pro gift card
That is the pro, the ultra is the next model up
FYI, worth comparing this with the Visionmaster Pro 2, which has a few upgrades. YMMV

It is about $3657 ish from Vividstorm. That is what I've bought last week to replace my old JVC
