  Sorry to go off topic a little but has anyone ever bought eneloops off ebay? More specifically from either of these 2 ebay sellers - or similar (South Korea, Japan, HK?)

    I bought 8x AAA eneloops from e-bay for $21 delivered (they've gone up since I bought them)

    They work well and seem genuine. I'd probably buy those over the AAA lites, as they hold more charge.

      Thanks for reply - yeah I am after AAA for a dect cordless.

      "Apparently" these lites were designed for itesms such as remotes and dect phones - considering they spend 90% of their time charging.

      Does Sanyos reasoning make sense in this regard?

        That could explain why all the AAA batteries I've ever seen in the cordless phones are lower rated, similar to the Eneloop Lites, I'd say it makes sense.
