Two of my mates haven't used before, got the email.
I got the email, but can't see it in the app

Can confirm. Tried using this on the weekend and the voucher was not there. There was one for shopback plus users though.
Same I have tried twice in-store and no voucher. Have tried contacting shop back with no success. I have never used this offer and it just won't show. For me it's a clear bait and switch

If i recall correctly, 'Up to $10' refers to an extra scratch ticket you get, which may give you an extra $10

Why do they call this a welcome offer if you don't get any cashback and can't apply promos on your first shop at a specific store. I was told I can't apply the promos until my 2nd shop at a store I've already purchased from.
I tried using this in-store, and it wouldn't let me use the $5 deal and I kept trying.

I got told from support you can only apply it at your second purchase from a store

Does it work for scripts? I'm guessing 'no'. I think when buying from CW online, there is generally no cashback for PBS scripts, just general CW merchandise.

I tried to use it instore now, scanned the QR and the promo didn't show as an eligible discount.
Also I have the promo banner in my app, so I assumed I can use it since I never used it before.
The terms and condition doesn't state how "new" the user is
