      sorry - to confirm, the CENTRECOM deal appears to include a TOTAL of 12GB in its price, and the budgetPC deal is offering "upgrade 8GB" for extra $29 - but not sure if this is upgrade to 8GB, or upgrade of 8GB (to total 12GB) - perhaps needs clarification from budgetPC before making a purchase decision - if this affects you.
