          Thanks Sama, the OZB community is probably one of the toughest crowds you are going to find, so if we listen to you guys and action your criticism and feedback it usually extends pretty well to the general public. Plus as we have said many times most people on here have a crowd of people that rely on them for info and direction when it comes to tech purchases, so again if we serve the OZB community well then that will extend out to a much larger group of people who might be harder for us to reach any other way.

    I thought you were going to do a deal on the HP N54L? What happened? you have made it a whole 1 dollar cheaper when you suggested it would a better deal. Can still get it $299 delivered at netplus!

      $1 Cheaper and double the RAM. We were looking at going out at $289 with 2GB but the 4GB deal was stronger we felt.

          Plus you'd end up running out of 4GB sticks and be stuck with a crapload of 2GB sticks you have little or no use for.

          Are you guys installing the additional 2GB or just supplying it for the purchaser to install themselves?

          Well we considered that as well, and figured we could always do another deal for a 6GB system.

          We will be installing the extra RAM, unless you request for us not to in which case we will just ship it in the box with the server.

          It will have to be ECC to match the 2GB it ships with, most likely to be 1333 or 10600 or however the hell they rate this stuff these days.

          So funny story, I had the model of the RAM saved in a tab in the search bar for like 4 hours today and I kept telling myself don't close that tab. Well here we are.

          Searching my history now, should only take 2-3 hours to locate that page.

          Well it was only 140 pages down, much easier than I expected.

          kth-313e/4g it is Kingston. This is the 4GB DIMM. The 2GB DIMM's are both the standard ones that ship with the unit.

    I will even give you a positive for not simply undercutting our deal. By making a point of difference, the customers can choose to decide which deal suits them better.

    If they want dual channel 4gb, then yours is better deal. If they need drives or more RAM to go with it, choose us :)

    The $10 off coupon applies to orders over $100, or orders that are over $100 and also have the 1Tb $78 drive in your cart as well?

    The way I read it is you are offering $10 off the hard disk $78-$10 only if the order is > $100 which would require adding further items to your cart to reach $100.

      Sorry it is a little confusing. You need to have $100 or more in your cart. Then add the drive and apply the coupon at checkout.

          Sorry just saw this. I need to clarify which 1tb you were asking about. The 1tb portable, or the 1tb internal option on the n54l?

          If you meant the portable then no it does not come with it, if you buy the N54L though you will be able to purchase the drive for an additional $68, rather than the usual $78.

    Hi, just curious what is the go with the change in the price of the
    HP DM4-3114TX last night the HP DM4-3114TX with 640GB HDD + 8GB RAM was listed as $619 though when I went to buy it today it is listed as $649?
