      Once you've registered as a new customer you'll then be prompted to 'choose dispatch method' the fourth option down will be where you enter the voucher code.

    I wouldn't be surprised if everyones order gets cancelled on this deal. I mean they'd have to be losing at least a few bucks on every order just on postage. Am I the only one who thinks buying this deal while using a free postage code is uncool? Sure, do this to Harvey Norman, but not a small chemist business.

    Hi Guys. This is John from Chemist Australia. A big apology to all affected customers who placed an order. I think an explanation is required.
    We sent a free postage offer to our existing members (eg. only to existing customer as a special).
    But when we received 500 orders in 5 minutes, we immediately wrongly thought they were all SPAM fraud orders. Like a spam attack. So we cancelled every order and refunded them all.

    A few days later, we received a phone call from one of these customers and he told me that he heard about the promo on Ozbargain! Whoops! It all made sense now.

    If there are any customers who have not received a refund, please email or call me.

    But what now? The special was only designed for existing members, not new customers who may use a loophole and only order one small item? If you can see what I mean.

      Ahh really? I found the offer on the main page of your site(since been removed?) and there was no mention of existing customers only there or on your linked public Facebook page,if it was i wouldn't have bothered posting the deal.

      Edit: And even if you had sent the offer to existing members how did i find out about it as i had never shopped with your store before?

A lesson learnt for future. This was a mistake on our part and we have offered a free ipad promotion to make up for our mistake…
