    Exactly what I do with my canned tomatoes. Lasagne, 5 cans of tomato, 1.5 kilos of mince, couple of packets of lasagne shells - and one huge batch in a giant pyrex dish. Lent dish to a friend and it wouldn't fit into her oven.

  I hope the bottom rim of the can is smaller than the top rim so they stack vertically easily. How many tinned tomato manufacturers fail to recognise this important technology? FFS, we can put a man on the moon…

  Great price, but sure do feel sorry for the Aussie farmers. Italy sure has crazy cheap tomatoes!

  pretty cheap.

  i remember seeing aldi flogging off some huge tins (1 or 2kg) very cheaply a while back.

  ive never seen aldi flogging off but did see this old homeless dude once

  flogging off like crazy while camped on a shop front one night

  cops rocked up and homeless man threatened to bust a nut on them

  cops told him to finish his business and move on
