Even if they were free, I'd hesitate to grab some Dilmah Tea Bogs (sic)

I am interested in knowing why… Did your use of "Bogs" instead of 'bags' mean you think the tea tastes 'bad'?

Or are there other reasons, such as business practices?

Dilmah is one of the finest tea you can buy in Australia. I always stock em up when they are discounted.

      • I would also be interested in knowing why as I usually enjoy Dilmah over other brands.

        • The joke went over your head folks… The post was originally labelled as tea BOGS instead of BAGS. I was taking the piss!

        • Ah, must have missed that before it was corrected!

        • Aww , for peats sake!!

  • Telstra pre-paid starter pack half price, $10 each, save $20 - Hmmm….. did i missed calculate?

Chips are still a rip off, $1.99 for a bag of air!

    • I know what you mean, it is sad at the monopoly and hence the prices of groceries. Ten years ago my cousins from england used to say how cheap is groceries and cost of living down here. Last year when they came down, they were stunned at how pricey groceries had become, less variety and so much more expensive than up in england. Those Kettle chips or any chips packet, the bag stays the same size but the content slowly gets reduced over time. Shame I love the Kettle Chilli so much :(.

      • except the chips are sold by the gram, the air in the bag isn't enough to add weight. they're still 185g?

      • It was even worse a few years ago when Coles and Woolies hadn't started their weekly half-price battle, I came back from overseas after five years and found the price didn't go up that much, basic items such as milk, fruit and vegie are even cheaper, not to count on those half price items. I remembered the weekly catqlogue back then weren't that interesting. I came back from a third world country but found some quality food items are much more affordable here so I don't know why your brit-ish cousinncomplain about. the only thing I found missing in these sales items is chewing gums, especially those Extra things, they're still damn expensive, even on specials.

  • blue ribbon ice cream is good! :) I'm gonna grab it!

  • love Kettle Chip, gonna grab it on Wed :), thanks for share
