The WideTech Universal Hands free 90W AC Adaptor differs from other Universal adaptors in that it monitors and delivers a continuous Output Amperage up to 4.7A in 15-24V.
It does this by dynamically monitoring the power requirements of the laptop to which it is plugged in to. The unit will automatically detect voltage requirements and Voltage on its large L.E.D Screen. Other units require the user to know what the voltage requirements are for any particular device and modify a switch on the device to change these settings. The risk with manual switching devices is that if the setting is wrong, you risk blowing your Laptops' circuitry.
Traveling overseas? The Widetech Power Adaptor will automatically switch between 100 and 220/240V meaning you can easily plug the unit into any wall socket at home or overseas without the risk of damaging the power adaptor through incorrect voltage input.
