    1) its goadddy - they r evil
    2) it isnt even their best deal atm http://domainpricemonitor.com/domain-com-coupon.aspx
    3) they dont include privacy and icann fees which makes them pricier than other registrars

        And have a history of stealing domains from clients if they think they can sell them for enough.
        And have a history of taking down domains without warning from uninvestigated allegations.
        And have a history of being impossible to stop charging.
        The list is just about endless

      Did you read the article?

      He did it to save the starving children, because the elephant was eating their crops.

      He had to fly all the way from his luxury penthouse, in his private jet to save these poor children from starvation… I hope Madonna and Angelina Jolie can lift their game !!!

        It sure is amazing that nobody in Africa owned a tranq gun and a large truck and specialist equipment and a game preserve.
        Apparently nobody even owned a gun in the whole country.
        With African Elephants so common (what idiot put them on the endangered list?) We should all be out helping in this manner

      http://mashable.com/2012/09/10/godaddy-down/ has a how-to for transferring away from godaddy. make sure you so it well before you need to renew - any small change to ur account will put a 6week lock on it, and they are also slow to transfer (and pricey to renew)

          I went with namecheap, was also looking at elb and internetbs (the ultimate privacy lol) but the $2 comodo ssl cert won me over
