For those who cbf'd clicking its $439 btw,

Also this price has been like this for a while, and the tv isnt shipping for another month which should be also important to note to readers, Its the replacement for the old 39" model which was notorious for dead pixels as i had a few friends who regret their purchases even though they were all bought for spare room usage

IMHO for a measly ~$24 more (Kogan ~$35 shipping incl), this 50" for $499 with free shipping represents far better value for money: http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/95868

In the market for a 40inch led but dont wanna spend that much.. The extra is only for the smart tv function which i wont use anyways..
Missed out on $249 medion and $300 hisense..
Waiting for another bargain..
