Basically same deal as last month

Metro failed to meet their target again in February 2013

Those with monthly/annual passes may claim compensation of one free daily ticket for the equivalent zone/s.

Here is the form to print out; simply fill it out and send it off to the address supplied (no stamp required) and will be credited to your Myki card.

        Trains in brisbane are fine. On the platforms at the middle they put a sheet of paper that has their performance on one of the doors there. It usually is 97% to 99% on time services during peak hour.

      It's amazing how bad the myki smartcard system seems to be. SmartRider had only a couple of teething problems in it's first year and now works like a dream.

  Same as every other time - legislated compensation for past purchases is not a bargain, as the deal is not available to be bought now.

  COMPLAIN about the shoddy refund system!
  Get it automated so everyone gets the benefit of what they paid for, rather than going through a refund process.
  Then there will be no need for these public service reminders masquerading as a deal.

  I use Myki Money exclusively. This is because I usually cycle and use PT adhoc.
  So I often am at the short end of the PT stick yet can't claim this?

    yeah it sucks. My daughter uses Myki $$$ as she's at Uni,
    but only there 4 days/week so no value in passes.

    Like you, she gets the short end of the PT stick and gets no compensation.

  I had mine rejected last month because although I have a yearly ticket I did not use the train 10 times in the month. I think that was the reason, letter was very generic
