RATESTOGO 20% off - Expiry: Unknown

490
GIVEME20

All,

The code "GIVEME20" still worked. I just tried to book in Christchurch NZ for June 2013, and was lucky to get 20% off the total price.

Thanks to the original post: http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/94933

Notes: i booked in AUD rate. I do not know when this expires, so I assume it would probably work till end of March.

Good luck all.

I should add the hotel I was attempting to book guarantees they have the lowest price direct.
Apart from that it's a good deal.

    • Not all hotels are included.
Good re-find OP. Used discount before 10th March for Sydney in August.

This was already posted by somebody else but for some reason is classified as expired?

    http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/94933

    • RatesToGo bring this offer out, then withdraw it, bring it out again, etc. It's a rolling cycle.

    • Very perceptive there… Perhaps that is the reason the OP linked to that post in their post :)

      • -3

so how is this not a repost?

        • +1

lol .. despite of the effort that i had already mentioned the original postings, there are still people wanna bring me into a lawsuit :)

The original post had passed the expiry, so it kinda expired.
Now josh0161 has had a crack at a few codes and discovered this is working, so he has posted it up for all us good people to enjoy.
Also Spizz has answered your question above.

        • It's been working the whole time for me?

    • and as posted there don't forget to do your research :)

  • yew works in pattaya!!!

  • Just used for a hotel in Rome, 3 nights in August. Thanks OP!

i hope you booked the hotel near Barberina area. it is closed to all attractions on the WEST (vatican, colloseo, catacombs, etc). i stayed a bit further off to the EAST and it was a bit pain of daily transport. but, transporation in Rome was fantastic (was not sure how it would be like in Summer though - where Rome has extra 20% of its normal population).

      • Thanks for the tip josh0161. By chance I did end up booking in a hotel around that area.

I basically looked at the most highly reviewed hotels in Rome on Tripadvisor, found a few that fit my budget, and then used Google Maps to see how far the walking distance was from the hotels to various attractions (Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, St. Peters etc).

This landed me with a few choices around the Piazza Barberini area, or near enough :)

        • if you have some monies to spare, i highly recommended this tour

          http://www.wheninrometours.com/Tours/Small-Group-Walking-Tou…

Ask for Chiara - she was awesome, passionate and very knowledgable. Check tripadvisor, they have very good review.

Another tip - when you go to the Colosseum, you can buy tickets to enter the Roman Forum, and vice versa, since they're right next to each other. Everyone wants to go to the Colosseum so the line is much longer there - walk over to the Forum, buy your Colosseum tickets at their ticket office, and walk back, then go straight past the long line of folks unaware there's a quicker way. :-)

        • Cheers!

  • Thanks, I booked something last minute during Easter and the code worked. Mid-north NSW coast. Rydges.

  • Worked for Rama Garden in Bali, thanks OP!

  • Wish I'd known about this yesterday. Just spent 550 on a hotel in Berlin. This code would've made it an even 500. I trying to price match anyway.

    Thanks for posting!

    • can't you cancel and rebook?

      • Unfortunately not, rate I got doesn't allow cancellations. But they do have a best price guarantee that I'm working on..

  • Great. Just booked Palazzo Versace at at price I can afford! (Well, one night anyway)

    • As did I :)

  • It is now expired?

    • yes, reported it…

  • It's expired.

Also has HotelClub.com's "TAKE13OFF" 13% discount… (this is the same site as RatezToGo.com). Their 10% off coupon still works entitled "DISCOUNT"

Surely these are pretty regular? Any others around?

    • Best bet is actually Orbitz.com.

"SPRING15" or "HOLIDAY15" will take 15% off. Is the same site as RatesToGo

      • the prices both are different, orbitz being higher.
