      By the looks of the t&c's, it gets deducted when the order is processed, bit of strange way of doing it, but hopefully they'll honour it. Can see them losing money on this deal too, it would cost them more than £2 to send them over here.

    I'm slightyly confused with the sizes here. It starts off with 6-8 yrs then jumps to 10-12, 14-16 and then 18-20. Are the latter 3 options ages or is 6-8 meant to be a size and not an age?

    Somehow I saw 'Purchase any 4 selected £1.50 single knickers for £5' next to the product you linked and the 'Promotion Details' are identical as the ones in your post….. But the £0.15 was the price of the knicker before discount.

    PS. I'm not complaining for £0.5. £2 for 4 is already a great deal!

      I'm happy with 4 undies for 2 pounds. But I'm with you. The promo says purchase 4 knickers at 1.5pounds which then gives you a discount to total 5 pounds.. i don't see any mention of a further 0.50 discount on 0.50 knickers.

        I'm glad there is someone who has the same query as me. I don't want to bitch about the 0.5 pounds, but the promo says buy 4 [email protected] pounds EACH, add up total as 4*1.5=6 pounds, then the multi buy offer discount it down to 5 pounds. I was wondering if OP was too excited after found out such a great deal and mis-read it to buy 4 knickers for 1.5 pounds.

          They are listed at 50p each, so add four of the 50p ones to your basket and it will go through as £2.00 on checkout. When the order is processed the 50p discount should then apply as the offer states that you can buy four of the 50p underwear for £1.50 as per the terms and conditions.

          Maybe you are looking at the underwear that is priced above 50p?

          Can you tell me where is the T&C you said?
          What I saw on the website is "Purchase any 4 selected £1.50 single knickers for £5." It's one sentence, though in two lines.
          It shows as:
          "Purchase any 4 selected £1.50
          single knickers for £5.          "
          online.
          I think that's how you mis-read it as "Purchase any 4 selected (FOR) £1.50 single knickers for £5."

          BTW, don't get me wrong, the deal you post was great, even without the £0.5 back. I personally made two separate order because of the deal. TA

          I made 2 orders and both orders have been refunded(the difference) and they told me that their system made mistake and didn't take off the £0.50

          I'm sorry the 4 Knickers for £1.50 offer has not applied to the order. I can see the 4 for £5 Knickers promotion has applied in error meaning no value was deducted.

          I've refunded £0.50 to your MasterCard. This will show on your account in the next 3-5 working days as a credit from M&S e-commerce.

          Please let me know if there is anything else I may be able to help you with.
