  • Be nice if you mentioned the price of $235 in your post!

    Not a bad deal!

      agreed, and shipping?

  • MSY is selling 22” 2ms DVI WS Viewsonic VX2240WM for $245, which one is better?

    • i think main diff is: VX2233WM slower refresh and higher res and vice versa for VX2240WM.

better get Acer 24" for $250

I hate Acer, they make sub-standard products IMO.

Viewsonic is a good brand, I have a 22" (different model I think) and it's great.

      • I hate Acer, they make sub-standard products IMO.

+1 here … wouldn't touch Acer with a ten foot pole.
B grade products … viewsonic is much better than Acer!

        • Funny, the panels probably come from the same factory :P

And this is really only 21.5" (yes it makes a difference) a proper 24" would be significantly larger than this.. (not saying the Acer is 16:10 24", though)

  • Where from can you get a 24" Acer for that price?

You can get the Acer P244WB from MSY for $349, and are advertising a $79 cashback.

      Making it $270.

Officeworks probably has it as well, so you can probably price match the MSY price for $331.55 and if that $79 is correct (I could swear it should be $49?), then you can get it down to $252.55.

After waiting a month or two for the cashback of course, if you can be bothered correctly jumping through all the hoops.

      So fair enough, $250.

      • OfficeWorks do indeed sell the Acer and beat MSY price. I paid $337.25 for the 24" Acer, less $79 cashback so I effectively pay $258.25 for 24" 1080p with 2 x HDMI inputs.

Just to note, the Acer doesn't include speakers.

      • its a good screen for the price

      • Its 79 check http://www.shopacer.com.au/ecprod/ACA/Projects/CashBack/SelectedProgram?id=826&program_name=P244WB%20LCD%20Monitor%20$79%20Cashback%20(L109)&product_line_of_sku=4300&cashback_amount=79&claim_deadline=30&snid=&entity=0030
