  • Oooh nice. Would have got this for KOF '95 if it wasn't for neorage x.. =| according to the amazon review it doesn't look like there's much as much in game customisation/control as a good emu either. No saves and limited continues.

Godda love the retro look though!

  • mmmmmmmmmmmmm was going to get one of these a couple months ago… this price is tempting…. argh

  • +1

Worth it for Metal Slug alone. I spent hundreds on that in the arcade back in the day.

  • I think this is definitely a bargain and a great one at that!

But can i ask Why? Why on earth would you buy this? It's got horrible reviews, you might as well just buy a PSP and put homebrew on it and do whatever you like.

I just spent 15 minutes watching a view were the guy actually likes arcade games but he hates this thing, he is 10x happier with a PSP.

    • yeah but you can't hook up the full size arcade sticks to a PSP now can you? thats where the appeal for this is for me… but that said i've got a tankstick already so could just run that off a pc and get a similar experience… lol

    • was that ashens? his review was awesome on it

  • yes ive just read the reviews on this and it seems like a waste of money, emulation vs real thing, id rather spend the $200 elsewhere.

      It's not $200 tho

      • my bad, i went off the price on the bad review i had looked at, even so its $140 towards something else, I will stick with my psp and mame emulation.

  • lmao

  • I still have my original neo geo sitting around at home!

      great story bro!

  • Mine got delivered last Wednesday, just over a week from the last posting here that I responded to. If its playability and originality you want, then this replica is the way.

Theres two hacks out there and depending on firmware version can be internal and external. I have the 337.
As other emulators have been found inside this device, you should have upwards of 20k odd games you can load up on this thing for next to nothing! I think 200 NeoGeo alone.

  • I couldn't afford this when I was 15 now its pretty affordable. The games are classic !

    A less than glowing review:

  • Better off just using mame and buying a joystick for it and play on pc.

  • Went to Super Potato (Akihabara - Tokyo/Japan) last year and saw an ads for this.
Does this unit has a solid hardware in it? or they just plastered a mini PCB (with emulator inside) with HDMI output?

    • The last one

  • I put my 140 in my PS4/720 savings tin, I will just play KOF MS etc via Final Burn Alpha with my Tekken Stick via DS3 tool on my 80" LCD Thank you.
