It doesnt charge laptop that should be charged (appropriate wattage and usb C charging)

It doesnt charge my laptop that requires 45W, so theoretically no reason not to change it.

Got power bank 3 pro. Looks very nice but it doesnt charge my asus zenbook 3 via usb c. This was the main reason for getting it. So buyers...
