    Their renewal prices are way more expensive than others.

    I was with them for 5 years, but at renewal time changed to go daddy because of huge price difference.

      OK, I'll indulge your attempt at trolling. I posted this as Neil, an individual, not as a rep. I'm also on holiday overseas which is why it was posted at 5am.

      Yes the domain whois system is a joke. Charging extra fees to protect your identity is purely a profit making scam. It should be done for free. As long as your email address is correct on .com, .net registrations then that's all anyone should need. Different story for .com.AU's and ABN requirements.
