Shintaro Bluetooth Keyboard with Touchpad $29 Free Pickup or + Delivery from ComputerAlliance

20

Was looking for a keyboard with touchpad for my tablet. The deal in http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/104223 is no good to me as I need a portable keyboard.

This sells for ~$40 elsewhere plus delivery cost.

Cheapest ebay is also $46

Whilst surfing for keyboards, found this on sales as well and may worth its own post if not for the delivery cost:

This may be good for those with multimeadia as it acts as a simple remote control too (from the look of it…, didn't do proper research yet as not interested in this). HT is selling this for $59 but smartbuydigital is doing it for $25.46 + $14.99 postage.

Say what? That Logitech in the other deal is just about as portable as it can get. What do you want, wheels on it? LOL

If you just want a keyboard for Home Theatre etc, the Logitech is better for just $2.20 extra - a name brand, and delivered free.

This one is more like a mini keyboard, just 26mm wide.

    • I've been searching everywhere for the dimension, yes 26mm as stated everywhere. I believe it should be 26cm.

Logitech is a good deal but 40cm , which make it cumbersome to travel around with a 10" device.

  • My vote is on the LT, however won't buy until confirmed drivers for tablet Android.

    • Well, if the logitech doesn't, then this one is Bluetooth so it'll almost certainly work.

      • Yep, Logitech one is Wireless and not Bluetooth. Haven't done extensive research on the Shintaro but BT means it should work for smartphone use.

  • I bought the wireless model years ago and the touchpad stopped working occasionally and finally stopped completely.

  • Did you buy this to with the Asus ME400C tab?

    • I am thinking of upgrading to ASUS ME400 or Sumsung tab2. The original keyboard for ME400C is too expensive Currently only has Nexus7.

Hasn't bought the keyboard yet as delivery is not cheap. Still searching and will post if I find good deals.

      • Thanks, yeah I'm looking for something for the ME400C because the transleeve keyboard like you say is too expensive, but looking for something that fits altogether nicely at the same time.

        • If you are interested, ME400C cover plus keyboard is $118 in HN. Cheapest I can find.
I may get ME400C this weekend but looking at the price war, wonder if it will go down further these couple of weeks.
