GardenExpress Final Autumn Clearance - Spring-Flowering Bulbs 50-70% off + $8.50 Delivery

80

As autumn draws to a close, Garden Express is clearing out the remaining spring flowering stock from their warehouse in the "next few days". Choose from individual varieties of Hyacinths, Tulips, Daffodils, Dutch Iris, Freesias, Jonquils and more.

You will need to plant them very soon when you receive your bulbs as some may already be sprouting. From past experience, they still perform well as the nutrients from last year are still stored in the bulb.

Some examples:

Update: Thanks to Prav for pointing out that the $4 quarantine surcharge applies to deliveries to Queensland, Tasmania, Northern Territory and Western Australia.

$4 Quarantine Inspection Surcharge applies in addition to the Delivery Charge for orders delivered to Queensland, Tasmania, Northern Territory and Western Australia due to the increased complexity of quarantine requirements.

As quarantine inspections apply to each delivery, 2 quarantine charges will apply where orders contain products from different seasons.

    • Thanks, have updated description. For those only ordering from the clearance, I think it should be one delivery.

That only applies, if your order requires 2 separate deliveries. They wouldn't make you have ONLY clearance items in the order if you want stock from their regular online catalogue as well.

Incidentally, the quarantine inspection fee is not something they have imposed themselves, it was DPI.

The altroemerias are very tempting at $4.

I ordered a couple of those. I currently have a dwarf variety that performs well in the garden and produces flowers suitable for cutting. They last well in the vase too.

They do indeed. Just make sure to wash your hands after handling, as they can cause a very nasty dermatitis. I'm not sure whether washing your hands could affect the likelihood of developing it, but it's better to be on the safe side.
