Apologies for unpublishing this as a duplicate earlier. It looks like we have several posts with different links that allow free entry.
No worries, I saw that the last CeBIT post was posted early May, so I wasn't sure whether the other links are still working.
Anyhow, I got the free invitation via sms and decided to post it since it worked for me.
CeBIT exhibition tickets have always been free and I'll be surprised if anyone actually pays $40+ for it. I usually go there just for the freebies, which unfortunately have been getting worse every year. I'll be giving out some free OzBargain T-shirts though this year :)
