  Hi,

  Are the servers unmanaged?
  Do you have any panels (Cpanel/WHM etc.) - Edit: Says CPanel

  Where are your servers hosted? have any IP's or downloads. - Edit: Says Sydney; can't find IP or FTP.

  Oh end how many domains are allowed on that one account and what's your ABN? and do we need an ABN to sign up.

    Our ABN is 47 747 430 663. You only need an ABN to sign-up if you're getting a .AU domain name too.

    Even if you're getting a .AU domain, a registered business number or ACN will work too.

  Thanks for considering us for your requirements.

  The servers are all fully managed.

  cPanel (and WHM) is installed on the servers.

  The servers are in the Global Switch datacentre in Sydney.

  175.107.185.3
  175.107.182.77

  Unlimited parked and add-on domains are allowed, provided they aren't adversely effecting other clients due to excessive resource usage.

    So Cpanel and WHM are free? and so we're allowed to resell accounts through WHM correct?

    What happens if we cross the resource usage mark?

      Yes, cPanel is free. These are single web hosting accounts though, not a reseller web hosting account which has WHM and you can resell through.

      If your account was effecting others on the server negatively due to resource usage, we would notify you with options to upgrade.

  I was just advised by a Serversinseconds sales rep that this is just for the first year and after that it reverts to the original price.

    Hi djkizz.

    That's correct. The deal is for the first full year of hosting, then it reverts back to it's original $8 per month price.

    At that point of course, you're free to downgrade to our $4 per month plan if money's tight.

    Hi sklppl.

    Things are much better configured with additional levels of support staff and server admins in ServersINseconds.

    Our clients are in fact getting better service, at the same price, then all of the previous clients of ServerGrade.

    I believe it says something that we were getting enough word of mouth to be eventually swallowed up by a bigger fish in Uber.

  I was hosting with Servers in seconds. Never again, I moved to blue host. The downtine is pathetic least to say, the call centres a joke. They have no power to fix anything you talk to them they open a ticket. Exactly what you can do,

  I asked for a refund for the remainder of my time at SIS and was rudely declined.

  Pathetic service. Avoid.
