      Check out using Paypal and then apply the code at the end next time. Also if you haven't already, create a new account with Grays and they might send you a voucher.

      I created my account when the last deal was posted and was pleasantly surprised when I had the email with the coupon sitting in my inbox this morning.

    I applied the code when it was still working, when through PayPal checkout and it showed the full price. very weird I thought once the coupon is applied it brings the new price into PayPal :(

      Next time set up PayPal option in your grays account. Quicker checkout and I never have charging full price problems.

    Had the item in my cart, applied the voucher successfully, completed payment via Paypal, and they've charged me full retail?
    Might have to cancel my order, even my Paypal account states full price.

      They wont let you cancel, they only way would be to file a paypal claim for unauthorized transaction as you did not agree to give them the full amount.

      I pressed print screen showing the order total before finalizing payment for this exact reason.

        Yes, in hindsight I should've taken a shot of the screen, but in a mad panic to beat my fellow Ozbargainers, I stuffed up. Rang PayPal, not real helpful.
        Will call Grays first thing…I'm pretty sure they're gonna say "we just shipped that".

          If you file a paypal dispute before they ship it then its less likely for them to ship.

          But you don't need the screenshot as proof, it would help though.

          I have tried to cancel before and just like you said they told me its already shipped, 2 days later I got a shipping notice..

          They know you wont want to pay for postage to sent it back but you could always refuse delivery, the parcels have greys online all over them.

          Yeah, the rep from PayPal said I could lodge a dispute, but sorta pointless as once its shipped, the transaction is complete.
          Got a carton of beer in both of the last 2 postings, so I'll just wear it I suppose.

    Thanks OP. I registered and got a code last time but it got Ozbargained while I was reading my mail.

    Got in this time — picked up an Oil/Vinegar Pourer set and a Global knife sharpener, for $23.90 delivered. The sharpener alone would've cost me $40.

      It expires when their is no more uses left or at the expiry date, whichever happens first
