      Create a grays account and select your payment method, e.g PayPal or Visa. In future you just need to log in, add to cart and place order as simple as that.

      Create an account and then authorise payment i.e.paypal via my accounts.

      After checking out & paying you can deauthorise future use by going into PayPal and hit cancel future transactions

    They overcharged me last time and they're in the middle of investigating this. So lesson learnt is use paypal becasue it will show you the true balance that they will charge, unlike the credit card screen! Because if you apply the coupon and then check out whilst the code is invalid, the coupon will still sit in your basket and will show as applied, even if you refresh the page multiple times.

      You would think so, but no. The same thing can happen with paypal.
      The paypal screen shows the discount price, but you get debited and invoiced the full amount.

      With credit card, at least you can complain to the bank if the seller does not refund. Paypal will not listen.
      Paypal is evil.

        I noticed that the paypal screen was showing the non discounted price (if you select paypal as your payment option, not as the default payment), but then if you cancel that and go back to your store screen it was showing as the discounted price.

      Just a warning on furi knifes, I found the handles to be a bit small and uncomfortable. This may be because according to my wife I have large hands but I've always found knifes to be a very personal thing, unless you know exactly what you want then I highly recommend heading down to your local stockist and trying them out then keep the brands in mind for the next time one of these deals come up.

      Again this may not apply to everyone just a word of caution (I owned a set for around 18 months until I couldn't take it anymore and switched to scanpan).

    Has anyone ever had an issue with the discount codes disappearing from your cart? I understand that after a certain amount of uses and if you aren't quick enough its too bad. But i got burnt last week, applied the discount successfully and with the -$20 still applied to the cart i hit 'confirm payment', got the invoice and the order was full price!

    Called grays to complain about it and was told 'from the looks of it you never applied any discount, please send me the code and our IT department will look into it' they finally got back to me and said the 'IT department' have concluded that the code was never entered!! on top of that they were overall really unhelpful and the only time i would ever consider using them again would be if the item was free..

      I had this problem and called up grays outlet to complain. They did the same thing and told me to email them the code so their IT department would look into it. I haven't heard back but from the sounds of what happened to you I'm not overly optimistic. I did call up amex and they did mention that they'd lodge a payment dispute if I got nowhere with grays outlet.

        They make about 20k in 45 minutes, which I guess is a good way to shore up the trading account. Surely though they would be aware that 90% of the clicks come from here.

        If they made lots of profit from giving $20 off $40+ purchases, they would just drop the price of all their $40 items to $20, advertise that, and make heaps of money.

        I don't think they're making much off people who buy $40 items. $150 items maybe, but $20 off $40-$50 items can't be making them much.
