Chemist Direct currently have Hairy Lemon Effervescent Tablets X 20 on clearance. The expiry date for them is Sept 2013.

RRP is: $10.99 (for the tube of 20 tablets)

Buy 1 tube for $0.50
Buy 2 tubes for $0.35 each and save an extra 30%
Buy 4 tubes (or more) for $0.25 each and save an extra 50%

Shipping for up to 95 tubes (1,900 Effervescent Tabs) is $7.95 Australia wide, after that it goes up to $12.95.

I ordered 95 of them (not sure why, ozbargainer in me I guess) and I can confirm they were delivered this week.

Chemist Direct has a live stock check system and even if you enter 999 units it shows stock available.

This deal works out best value (considering the shipping costs) if you order multiple units.

    Expiry is Sept 2013 .. how many are you planning to drink each day (if you ordered 95)??
    Would get ozbargained quickly if there is Click & Collect like the other pharmacy

      I am giving them out to family and friends. But I also (personally) see the expiry date on a dry and sealed product like this to be more of a guide rather than a strict use by date.

      Yeah I have tried this new batch, and have also used the product prior to ordering. They do not taste like lemon at all. They are just like Berocca really and a good way to get your B and C vitamins very cheap! Nice way to start the morning out.

      It is also pushed as a hang over cure

      I tried them before, and hated the taste. Also, they made me feel like crap, so I threw away the rest.

      I normally take 1 Supradyn effervescent in a glass of water daily.

    It's not a work around to get free shipping as the cheapest item is $19.95 (so you still pay $12 more), but if there is something there you want and it's a decent price then it works out well.
