I have the i7 version of this computer. It's a sweet machine, I like it very much. Would buy again.
One caveat, if you're a bit of a hacker with a propensity to do unusual things, this machine apparently can be bricked if you boot it with a UEFI liveCD/dvd/usb (which is something you ~might~ do while installing Linux or OS X, or running Knoppix). It didn't happen to me. If you go down this path, do some reading online before you start.
Samsung computers tend to ship pretty clean with MUCH less useless crap on them than other makers, so it's not really necessary to do the format/re-install that you'd do with a new Dell, an HP or (ugh!) a Toshiba for example. IF you DO need to re-install, it works fine with Windows 7 et al. You need to jump through some hoops to get the SSD working for fastboot, but there's instructions on the net and it's not difficult.
